This is an exclusive modern villa in Estoril with spectacular views - Cascais area. Completed in June 2010, spacious and sunny, that combines a practical living with modern accessories. It is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood, just 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and a short drive from Cascais and Sintra, makes it an ideal location from which to explore the region.
As you enter there is a spacious hall, an elegant dining room and an ample living room on the right with a fireplace and air conditioning that lead directly to an outside terrace area
In the ground floor there is still the master bedroom with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom, a cozy living room with a library with good books, an HD TV with a full set of movies, and a large and well equipped kitchen.
The grounds feature a large chlorine free heated swimming pool. Safety pool fence can be installed
Upstairs the house has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have double beds and the other room two single beds with an optional third bed

Beautiful home in sunny Estoril

We hired this home for a week for our adult family to get together. It’s a spacious home with lovely views, great gardens and a large pool. It’s close to shops, the beach , interesting towns and tourist attractions (Cascais and Sinatra)

Amazing!

My family of four traveled with another family of five youngest being 17 years old!! The house was amazing and the amenities are incredible. We loved the pool. We love the air-conditioning. We loved all of the updated appliances in the house, and it was just so huge and spacious for all of us.!!!

A wonderful family vacation in July

Great location for easy Uber access to the beaches and Estoril, Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. The water is cold, but that is to be expected. The house suited our needs with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathes. Walking the hills on uneven pavement is most challenging, however, walking along the shore is a must, very picturesque. Restaurants were great. There were a few issues but overall we enjoyed our stay and the house. Maria and Bernardo were most accommodating.

Stunning house with lots of space and privacy

The house is just as good as the photos show. It is private and the rooms are spacious. For future guests to note, there is a steep shared road leading to the property and parking a large vehicle at the house is tricky (there are parked cars on the road which makes getting out of the driveway tricky); there are many dogs in the neighbourhood, we found the barking annoying. The pool is wonderful, though it can be windy and you do have to pay extra for heating the pool water. The towels all need to be replaced. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend Portugal to everyone.

A beautiful home in a perfect location

Two couples stayed in this spacious contemporary designed home. We found the house as lovely as pictured. The house is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in Estoril, which is a very desirable part of the Lisbon area. We had never been to Portugal and were delighted that we picked this house in this location. Younger folks might prefer a location closer to the action in Cascais or Lisbon, but we like a quiet and comfortable setting for our home base. The house is as pictured. The photos are real. It has a distinguished contemporary look decorated with eclectic furnishings. Uber is readily available at this location. Trips to Estoril restaurants cost about €3 and Cascais about €5. Our hosts were wonderful. Besides their willingness to make such a fine home available, they were very helpful to new visitors to Portugal. Many thanks, Maria! We hope to return soon!

Amazing home and owners!

We had one of our favourite family holiday's at this beautiful house! It was well situated, appointed and cared for by the owners. The 8 of us found there was so much room both inside and outside the house and privacy when needed in each bedroom/ensuite. We found it quite unique to find a house that offered an ensuite bathroom for all four of its very spacious bedrooms. The high ceilings and very large windows and doors made the house bright, the flow made it easy to live in and the art was remarkable. It was so accessible to the beach (15 min walk), the town for restaurants or shops, the train and an easy drive or inexpensive uber to Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra and other surrounding locations. The owners Maria and Bernardo could not have been more lovely or helpful! They had excellent suggestions for restaurants, activities in the area, bike rentals and anything else we could possibly think of. They even helped us organize a couple of dinners to be cooked in the house by an outstanding chef who served us truly memorable Portuguese meals. A lovely house owned by lovely people, we can't say enough wondeful things! We would love to come back, that's how amazing it was!

Wunderschöne und komfortable Villa

Die Villa Panoramica ist eine sehr schöne,dabei komfortable und gemütliche Villa. Wir haben dort mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern und einem Freund zwei Wochen verbracht.Wir alle fanden,dass die Villa keine Wünsche offen lässt und man sich dort ausgezeichnet erholen kann. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen,dass die Villa ausreichend Platz bietet,um nicht aufeinander zu sitzen.Es gibt ein großes schönes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches Fernsehzimmer.Die vier Schlafzimmer sind gut verteilt im Haus und jedes hat ein schönes eigenes Bad und einen Balkon.Dann steht die große sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein stilvolles Esszimmer zur Verfügung. Sehr angenehm war,dass neben hochwertiger Bettwäsche,die auch gewechselt wird,eine große Zahl an Handtüchern,Srandtüchern und Bademäntel bereit liegt. Eine patente Haushaltshilfe kann für Reinigen und auch fürs Kochen stundenweise bestellt werden. Sehr schön ist der gepflegte Garten,der einen sehr schönen Blick über die Hügel von Esteoril bietet. Uns hat sehr gefallen,dass die Villa in ruhiger Lage inmitten anderer gepflegter Villen liegt und zwar im eigentlichen Estoril.Wir sind in 10 Minuten zum Strand gelaufen und auch ein gut sortierten Supermarkt und Fleischer war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Estoril und Cascais haben eine sehr schöne Küste.Es gibt dort von Strandbars bis zu Sternerestaurants viele schöne Lokalitäten. Ganz besonders schön sind die Strände Quincho und Praia Grande.Unsere Kinder waren dort surfen. Die Badeorte an der Costa Estoril sind gepflegt und nicht touristisch überlaufen.Das Klima ist Anfang Juli sehr angenehm,nie heiß. Lissabon ist 30 Minuten über die schöne Küstentrasse entfernt und mit Estoril alle 20 Minuten mit der S Bahn zu erreichen. Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die sehr freundlichen und extrem hilfsbereiten Vermieter tun alles,um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. So laden Sie zu einer kleinen Rundfahrt zu den Stränden ,den Geschäften und nach Cascais.Sie haben sehr gut überlegte Tipps für Restaurants,Ausflüge, Surfen. Die Villa ist sehr sorgfältig und schön ausgestattet,natürlich sehr sauber. Die liebenswerten Vermieter haben an alles gedacht,was ihren Gästen einen erholsamen Urlaub garantiert. Danke

Das Haus was angeboten ist entsprach sehr unserem Geschmack und die Ausstattung als auch das Umfeld sind als erstklassig zu bewerten. Es war sehr sauber hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man für einen Urlaub haben möchte ! Die Bibliothek ist herrlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten hervorragend und die Wäsche sauber und wird regelmässig gewechselt. Der Pool lang und Tief genug zum schwimmen, es hat keine lauten Nachbarn PERFEKT !! Sicherheit als auch Privatsphäre waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter als Besitzer sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit - es lag eine Liste mit Tips für den Einkauf oder das Essen gehen als auch viele andere hilfreiche Angaben wie Ärzte ect für uns parat. Wir haben guten Kontakt bekommen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Maria & Bernardo merci, thank you , danke !!!! See you soon !

Top quality, gracious owners

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, well-built and thoughtfully designed home for 4 months. The villa is equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Its location in Estoril is excellent; convenient to everything, and the neighborhood is lovely. Views from the entire home are spectacular. We really appreciated the high ceilings, and abundance of windows as they give the home a wonderfully light and airy feeling (unlike many homes in this area--this was our base for house-hunting, so we have a lot to compare to! This house is of *significantly* higher construction quality than most, without question.) One of the most pleasant aspects of the house is the owners themselves. Maria and Bernardo were (are) unfailingly helpful and considerate; really hospitable in every way. They are simply great people to know. And from a practical perspective, very trustworthy and easy to work with in arranging the rental. We've seen many villas in Cascais/Estoril and would choose this one again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Wunderbare Villa

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Estoril, sie ist sehr grosszügig und komfortabel ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns gleich zu Hause. Es war alles in perfektem Zustand. Der Gärten mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. In Estoril gibt es eine sehr gute Auswahl an Geschäften. Es ist ein idealer Standort, um Lissabon und Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Elegante et confortable

Des notre arrivée nous avons apprecie cette superbe maison, decoree avec raffinement et tres spacieuse. Maria et Bernardo, les proprietaires, sont particulierement accueillants et serviables. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et le soin qu'ils apportent a leur maison. Celle-ci peut accueillir 8 personnes sans probleme, et comme nous n'etions que 4 nous avions beaucoup d'espace ! Elle est situee dans un quartier residentiel, tres calme, tout en étant proche du centre ville et de la plage. Tout était parfait et si nous devons revenir a Estoril nous retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir dans cette maison ...

Exceptional villa, such gracious owners

We stayed 10 nights in the villa with our two young boys and were so thoroughly pleased with our stay. Consistent with the description and the other reviews, the house is in immaculate condition, equipped with all the conveniences necessary for a relaxing holiday. It is wonderfully spacious and very well built – you can notice it in the fixtures and solid construction. The 4 bedrooms felt massive and each has its own beautifully tiled bathroom and shower. We cooked most nights and loved the bbq and appliances, place settings and utensils in the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are new and such a luxury, as is the Nespresso. For as beautifully and formally it is decorated, the house always felt comfortable and welcoming The owners greeted us on arrival, shared a long list of recommended activities and restaurants, drove us around to help us get our bearings and so thoughtfully provided toys, a cot bed and swimming gear for our sons. They are just the warmest couple. We opted for and would also recommend the safety fence for the pool, even it was too cold (ave 19C in mid April) most days to use it. With a car, the location provides nearly endless activities: Cascais, Sintra, Guincho plus central and eastern Lisbon are all easy drives. As are great markets and grocery options. Our most heartfelt thanks and recommendation!

I strongly recomend this house!

We rented this house in early September. My family (5 people) and I enjoyed the beautiful view and the pool the entire stay. The house has a great location. We were about 5 minute drive from good restaurants, supermarkets and beach. The access to main roads (A5 and A16) to Lisbon is also excellent. Besides spacious (good size rooms) the house has a classic furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The owners are wonderful people. They were always available and helpful. We asked them to change the speed of the internet and they were ready to meet our request. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. I strongly recomend this house! Alugamos esta casa no início de setembro. Minha família (5 pessoas) e eu usufruímos da bela vista e da piscina durante todo o tempo que estivemos lá. A casa tem uma excelente localização. Estávamos a mais ou menos 5 minutos, de carro, de bons restaurantes, de supermercados e da praia. O acesso às vias principais (A5 e A16) para Lisboa também é excelente. Além de espaçosa (quartos com bom tamanho) a casa tem uma decoração clássica, e uma cozinha bem equipada. Os donos são pessoas excepcionais. Estiveram sempre disponíveis e atenciosos. Solicitamos que ampliassem a velocidade da internet e foram prontos em atender nossa solicitação. Nos deram boas sugestões de restaurantes e lugares para visitar. Recomendamos esta casa vivamente.

Fabulous Villa!

Our family of 3 couples and 3 small children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious, spacious villa. It was exactly as described, and even better. There is a lovely view over the valley and out to the ocean.The pool, lawn and patio were the center of our activities, but with so many private spaces inside and out anyone could retreat for quiet time when needed. The decor was beautiful, though we appreciated the casual family room for the children's activities. Every bedroom suite was more than comfortable, with great views. The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to cook and serve a large group; we had breakfast and dinner every night at the house, and always found everything we needed. The owners were very helpful, and made great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. They even provided baby equipment that really helped corral our 11-month-old grandson. The house is in a very upscale, safe neighborhood. We used taxis for our daytime activities to Cascais (6 euros) and Lisbon (20 [Belem] to 40 [airport] euros), and walked down the hill to the beach (15 minutes) and beach path to Cascais. Suggestions: Opt for the pool fencing if you have any non-swimmers, since the pool is just a few feet from the edge of the patio. Note the directions for some of the kitchen equipment, which may be unfamiliar to Americans. All in all, we heartily recommend this beautiful villa.

Amazing villa

The villa and facilities are exactly as described and look even better once you arrive and close the gates behind this lovely private property. Everything was spotlessly clean.The house is great with good sized bedrooms. The owner's communication by e-mail before our holiday was excellent - confirming payment, answering questions, sending directions etc. We had a lovely family holiday relaxing at this villa. We would recommend this villa highly.

We were late getting to the villa but the host was extremely patient and helpful. The owner was very kind and helped us in every way. She even spent a whole day taking my wife for a site seeing trip! The villa is modern,airy and well appointed. We loved the kitchen and the back yard.

Ideal modern holiday home in Estoril

This modern house is even lovelier than the photos suggest. It is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood only 5-10 minutes drive from excellent shopping, golf, tennis and beaches. Many cultural and sightseeing attractions are also easily accessible, for example in Lisbon or Sintra. It is a hilly 15 minute walk from central Estoril (where there is a train station) so a car is recommended, although cheap and plentiful local taxis are a good alternative. The house is bright, airy, and spotlessly clean. The two large sitting rooms and dining room are very comfortable and appealingly decorated with original art on the walls. The kitchen is modern and thoroughly well equipped and the four en-suite bathrooms are bright and very functional. The beds are good with high quality linens and towels. The garden around the pool provides a private and peaceful haven with lovely views. The fact that this is an eco-friendly house (solar panels, green roof and designed to be cooled by the prevailing breeze) is a bonus. The hosts could not have done more to ensure a pleasant stay. They were attentive but not intrusive and provided lots of useful local information. Restaurant recommendations were unfailing! This venue is ideal for a family holiday (although very young children may be a concern because of the steep garden) or for adults on a golfing or sightseeing trip. We (family with teenagers) will certainly be returning.

We had a grate holiday (2 weeks) in this beautiful villa ! The images are identical to the location and facilities. Villa and garden are excellent and well-kept. Well-equipped kitchen ! Beautiful views from every window and from the garden. Upscale residental area. Landlords were very accommodating and gave us nice tips for trips. Well-stocked lokal supermarket, good butcher and bakery nearby (5min. by car) and a big shopping center in Cascais. Our restaurant tip: Azenhas do Mar in Sintra ! Nice Beach bars in Estoril and Cascais, too.
