PORTO VECCHIO CALA ROSSA - BEAUTIFUL AIR-CONDITIONED APARTMENT 800M FROM THE BEACH

In a quiet, secure small residence with beautiful swimming pool and caretaker, 800 m from the beaches of St Cyprien, 1.5 km from Cala Rossa and 6 km from Porto Vecchio.
Ideal location for visiting the whole of southern Corsica.
T1 air-conditioned 48 m2 with 1 bedroom (choice: 1 bed 180x200 OR 2 beds 90x200 and 1 DRAWER BED 80x190).
In the living room: 1 comfortable sofa bed with quick and easy opening (total capacity up to 5 beds) on the garden level, next to the swimming pool with patio and covered wooden terrace of 18 m2.
All comfort: beautiful equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) barbecue, deckchairs, flat screen, storage cupboards in each room ... decorated with taste.
Free WIFI.
Possibility to rent sheets, towels, cot. Prices: Sheets of all sizes: € 15 per bed and per change / Towels € 8 per person and per change (one large and one small package) / Cot € 30 per week.
Private parking in front of the entrance. Reception service upon arrival.
Unheated swimming pool open from May to October.
Arrival day: Saturday 5 p.m. - Departure day: Saturday 10 a.m.
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning package € 65 to be paid upon arrival to the receptionist.
Deposit 500 € not cashed (insured by credit card number on your arrival).
A detailed contract will be sent to you after booking as well as an access plan.

Great apartment with nice terrace

We enjoyed the stay very much. Baguettes could be bought at 2 different places in walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, we missed nothing and the big pool was very near and clean! We can only recommend the apartment!

Superbe appartement !!!! Une propreté !!! Une super cuisine equipee comme à la maison, vaisselle-ustensiles de qualité et en quantité. Une belle superficie : nous etions avec nos enfants (18, 16 et 12 ans), nous etions a l aise. Belle Piscine à 3 pas de l appartement. Pas de vis a vis. Une tres grande terrasse avec petit coin salon. Et belle plage de saint cyprien accessible a 20 min de marche.Bref vous l aurez compris, ce logement est exceptionnel!!!

MĂȘme si le logement est agrĂ©able, je mets une seule Ă©toile pour dĂ©noncer le tarif mensonger indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. Il est notĂ© dans la liste des critĂšres : draps fournis et serviettes fournies. Ces critĂšres sont faux, il faut payer 17e pour les draps (en 180x200 donc autant dire que nous sommes peu nombreux Ă  en avoir Ă  la maison) et 9e pour les serviettes. Il nous est demandĂ© de payer en espĂšces (probablement pour faire du black non dĂ©clarĂ©). Idem, il faut payer 70e de mĂ©nage (exorbitant), en espĂšces Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Il faut donc ajouter une centaine d’euros, et je ne suis pas sĂ»re que Abritel cautionne cette maniĂšre de procĂ©der.

Die Ferienwohnung war top ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Eine große Terasse, von der man direkt mit ein paar Schritten am Pool war. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch Madame Berretti war super nett, wir bekamen von ihr viele Tipps fĂŒr die Umebung. Tolle StrĂ€nde direkt in der NĂ€he. Insgesamt haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

La résidence est trÚs agréable avec une jolie piscine. L'appartement est trÚs fonctionnel, propre et trÚs bien situé il n'y manque rien, avec une agréable terrasse ombragée. Magnifique séjour !

Appartement spacieux, joliment décoré et trÚs bien équipé. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Une belle piscine au sein de la résidence, et la splendide plage de Saint Cyprien à deux pas. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée, avec plein d'informations utiles pour les balades et visites à faire dans la région. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain !
