Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches of St Cyprien (800 meters), Cala Rossa, Benedettu, Pinarello, Palombaggia in small family residence of standing, secure (digicode, guard) with beautiful pool, located 6 km town center of Porto Vecchio, at the roundabout of Cala Rossa, T3 in ground garden planted with trees and full of light, without vis-a-vis, with garden and covered terrace, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4-6 people, all comfort (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Weber gas barbecue, deck chairs, WiFi Internet, TV, HiFi ...), each piece is individually air conditioned. Private parking. Beaches walking distance by the maquis, Shops on foot in summer.

Great facilities and location. The pool is open from April 1 to October 31, the accommodation is available all year round. During your stay, a sitter is present on site.

Everything you need

The house is simple but had all the facilities that we needed. San Cyprien beach is 5 minutes by car and a very nice beach. A bit further (30-45min) to go to Bonifacio and the other beautiful beaches on the east coast. Many grocery stores close to the house You will definitely need a car - it is too far to walk even to the Cala Rossa beach The pool is large and nice

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage gelegen und fĂŒr eine Familie mit 4 Personen gut geeignet. Wir waren nur mit 2 Personen da. KĂŒcheDie Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alle da was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine (Filter), obwohl diese nicht in der Beschreibung stand. In der Grundausstattung und dem BettwĂ€sche - und Handtuchset ist kein Geschirrhandtuch dabei, also einpacken :-) (40 Euro fĂŒr das Start Set - da hĂ€tten wir einen wöchentlichen Tausch gut gefunden, oder etwas mehr HandtĂŒcher)SchlafzimmerEinfaches Bett aber eine gute Matratze. Tendenziell eher hĂ€rter, was fĂŒr uns sehr gut war. Die im Kinderzimmer haben wir nicht probiert. BadEher einfach eingerichtet mit Trockner und Waschmaschine. Der Warmwasserspeicher steht ebenfalls unverkleidet im Raum, das wirkte nicht sehr wertig. Die Dusche ist gerĂ€umig und schön, nur der Wasserdruck war etwas schwach, was beim waschen von langen Haaren nicht so schön ist. TerrasseSchöne Terrasse mit einem Grill. Am Morgen hat man hier Sonne, den Abend und Nachmittag kann man den Schatten geniessen. Der Tisch könnte mal wieder geschliffen und etwas gepflegt werden. Der Gasgrill braucht etwas Vorlauf zum AufwĂ€rmen, aber ist sonst super!LageDie Entfernung zum Strand betrĂ€gt mehr als 1,5km, was fĂŒr uns kein Problem war, da wirr FarrĂ€der dabei hatten. Mit Kindern und StrandgepĂ€ck eher schwierig, da man ein StĂŒck an einer befahrenen Straße gehen muss.

Tres bon sejour. On s'est senti tout de suite tres bien. Location tres bien équipée. La literie est nickel et hyper confortable. Nous avons apprecié le calme et la piscine est tres belle. Le barbecue au gaz hyper simple à utiliser. Le seul petit point à noter c'est que la plage n'est pas à 800m. La plage de st cyprien est à 20 minutes à pied et malheureusement nous n'avons pas accÚs à la petite porte de la residence d'à cÎté et le petit bout de departemental avant le chemin est tres dangereux. Donc la plage à pied attention attention!

Nous avons passé un bon momentàa Cala Rossa, à decouvrir les randonnées et criques.le seul bemole est la proximité de la route bruyante et le quack du portail fermé sans que nous ayons le code. La maison est acceuillante et la terrase dort agreable. Merci

Les vacances aux jardins d'Alzetu

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt gut. BĂ€cker und Strand sind jeweils in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief via WhattsApp sehr gut, aber leider ausschließlich auf französisch. Am Pool gibt es leider weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme und das Wasser aus der Dusche am Pool roch bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war der Pool super. Unser einziges echtes Problem waren die MĂŒcken, die leider sehr zahlreich und zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten sehr aktiv waren.

Appartement bien situé et bien aménagé, trÚs propre. Superbe piscine. Seule petite suggestion d'amélioration à apporter : ajouter un porte savon dans la douche et un porte papier WC aux toilettes sinon c'était parfait !

Top Unterkunft mit mini MĂ€ngel

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, super und ruhige Lage und uns hat der StraßenlĂ€rm nicht gestört. In der NĂ€he gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr den schnellen Bedarf. Der Pool ist der Hammer! Die Sauberkeit kann man grundsĂ€tzlich nicht so beurteilen, da die Mieter ja auch selbst putzen können und dann kommt es drauf an, wie diese es erledigt haben. Wir konnten den Grill z.B. nicht nutzen, da dieser so ĂŒbel aussah und wir nicht eingesehen hatten, diesen zu reinigen. Bei der Dusche ist die Halterung kaputt, dass sie sicherlich bald reparieren lassen. Bei der Terrasse muss man aufpassen, wenn man Karten spielt, denn unten ist es hohl und uns ist eine Karte durch die Ritze der Holzplatten verloren gegangen. Was schön wĂ€re, wenn der Vermieter an den Schlafzimmern einen Fliegengitter anbringen wĂŒrde, denn die MĂŒcken dort sind echt lĂ€stig.
