Duplex for 5 people, 500m from the beach in a residence with swimming pool

Nestled in the heart of a shaded residence and kept year-round, this air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st and last floor, consists of an entrance, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV and convertible that can accommodate 2 people, a parental room (bedding new 160x200) with dressing, a room of water with lava linen and toilet, a terrace with garden furniture. On the floor, you will have a second room with 2 beds (bedding new 80x190), room of water with toilet. Mattress protectors and pillow protectors changed after each departure. Numerous storage. Possibility to rent sheets and towels at the reception. I provide tea towel, hand towels and bath mats.
Collective pool, pool house and barbecue. Private parking space and possibility of parking other vehicles on the visitor parking inside the residence.
A path will take you to the Vardiola beach (located 500 m from the residence - 10 minutes walk), extension of the beautiful sandy beach of Pinarello, tourist marine village with many restaurants (1 km by the beach).
Ideally located, you can "radiate" throughout the island. Many excursions and excursions, Genoese towers, Cavu Valley, Bavella needles, Forest and dam of Ospédale, beaches of Santa Guilia, Palombaggia, ...

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Anlage generell sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Nähe zum schönen Strand und die gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Berge sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit im Hintergrund. Kann aus unserer Sicht klar weiterempfohlen werden.

Sehr toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Fussballfeld ping pong und schwimmbad in wenigen Minuten von der Wohnung erreichbar. Die Besitzerin ist sehr disponibel und antwortet schnell. Zum Strand sind es ca 10min in 15 min erreicht man einen weiteren Strand. Frisches Brot bringt der Bäcker nur Juli bis September...wir mussten selbst ca 10min fahren aber damit konnten wir leben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bel appartement bien équipé dans une résidence bien située et avec activités multiples. Le logement est très bien équipé, tout y est pour passer un super séjour ! La clim est un vrai plus, très appréciée en plein été... La piscine de la résidence est très agréable, la plage est vraiment accessible à 10 min à pied. Liliane est une hôte très sympa. J'étais agréablement surprise qu'elle prenne des nouvelles pendant le séjour pour s'assurer que tout est ok. Je recommande ce logement !

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet, die Anlage ruhig mit vielen Bäumen und einem schönen Pool. Zum Meer sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonders genossen haben wir den abendlichen Spaziergang am Strand entlang zu den kleinen Restaurants in Pinarellu (am Strand), Dauer ca 30 Minuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca 4 km, also am besten die Einkäufe erledigen, wenn man von einem Ausflug zurück kommt.

Agréable moment

Petite résidence bien conçue dans un espace arboré qui permet de ne pas avoir de vis à vis. La proximité de la mer et la belle piscine ont été très appréciées. L'appartement est bien équipé : belle cuisine, literie de qualité, meubles de jardin super, clim qui fonctionne très bien, place de parking... Un regret toutefois : que le règlement ne permette pas aux vacanciers partant de laisser des aliments pour les suivants. Pour 4 jours nous avons dû tout acheter : café, sucre, sel, huile, sopalin ... car le frigo et les placard étaient vides.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en Aout 2020 dans l'appartement de Liliane et Roger et tout s'est bien passé. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La résidence est calme et la plage est réellement à 10 minutes. Liliane et Roger nous ont contacté pour prendre de nos nouvelles durant le séjour, ils sont vraiment charmants. nous avons pu visiter la Corse du Sud sans souci. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt
