Bright apartment located in the center of Viareggio, near the sea and the famous Promenade (which are less than 100 meters), the pinewood and the pedestrian area of ​​the central market, offering endless possibilities for entertainment and shopping. The apartment is located, however, in a strategic position to reach, even on foot, the many services that the town offers, and is also easily accessible by train.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, is on two levels: the first floor is the living area, consisting of a large and new kitchen / living room (renovated in March 2018), and has a balcony overlooking the sea / mountains ; on the second floor there is the sleeping area (with wifi), with two spacious air-conditioned rooms (one double and one with two single beds) both with entrance to a large balcony overlooking the sea / mountains, a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
On the ground floor there is the entrance with the basement where you can park bicycles, baby carriages ...
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and stairs to the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair, safety barriers for the bed and baby bed (on request, subject to availability check).

Excellent apartment

Great location just 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the station. The apartment had everything you could want even a kettle for us English! Good supermarket just 5 minutes away. Air conditioning and large ceiling fan in lounge area most welcoming. Daniel spoke good English and was most helpful . We stayed there for 2 weeks and would return. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Daniel.

The appartment is well equipped, I would say - better than expected and without other (hidden) costs than those anounced. The owner takes care that everything is available: parking, towels, baby bed, bed sheets, even detergents, toilet paper etc. Communication with him is simple and he speaks english very well himself. Everything is functional with minor traces of use. The appartment is well situated some 100m from first Bagnos and not far away from city centers, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. Nothing to complain about.

Daniel, the host, is very friendly and efficient and available at all times. He also negotiated a very good daily price for the beach at Tre Stelle. The property is located 5 minutes from the beach, in a residential area with a simple restaurant immediately opposite. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the bus station, from which you can go to Lucca, Pietrasanta or Forte di Marmi, for a few Euros. One disadvantage is that there are few grocers or greengrocers in the immediate vicinity and by default one needs to use a less than charming or well stocked supermarket.However, the "flat", more like a townhouse, has very spacious bedrooms and loads of hanging and storage space. The bathroom is also very large, with bidet, but could probably do with a new shower installation.There are narrow balconies at the kitchen/living room area and at both bedrooms. The two chairs provided are not that comfortable. Each person was provided with a set of towels (one large, one medium and one small) plus two (furry in one case and probably not 100% cotton) sheets and pillowcases per bed. Unfortunately it was not possible to have another set of either towels or bedlinen, which made it a bit difficult logistically i.e. wash them in the machine provided and hope they dry quickly or for Euros 20 Daniel offered to take them to be washed professionally.There are many good restaurants only a few mintues walk from the property, shops (other than food) on "the front" and many cafes.

Absolut begeistert

Schon der Empfang durch den Vermieter war äußerst freundlich. Daniel hat bei der Parkplatz Suche und dem Gepäck geholfen. Dann hat er alles erklärt und versichert, dass er bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung war überaus sauber und vom Balkon aus konnte man den Strand sehen. Wir können diese Wohnung und vor allem den Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Séjour en Toscane

Appartement au top très propre et à 2 heures de route maximum des lieux que nous avons visité. Notre hôte DANIEL 🙏 est très courtois et à notre demande a même réservé le stationnement dans la rue. La gare est proche si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture pour visiter Florence par exemple. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage c'est à 5 mn. Très belle expérience.

Tolle Wohnung über mehrere Etagen

Gut gelegene Wohnung (Strand, Zentrum, Bahnhof nah), eigener Eingang, mehrere Etagen, sehr gute Ausstattung, ruhig, zwei schmale Balkons, gute Pizzeria nebenan. Fantastic stay in a fantastic apartment

We were very happy with this clean and modern apartment. It was as described as in the website. Excellent location- near to the beaches and all the necessary shops are in a walk-distance. The apartment was clean and the check-in/-out was very smooth. The facility manager, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. All the necessary household items are ready, and are in good shape. As in the photo, there is a small space where you can sit and relax gazing out from the window. My 5 year old son enjoyed reading his books at this quiet corner. We had an excellent stay in this apartment.

Everything was perfect

We stayed here for almost a whole month with our daughter (18 months). The house was super clean on arrival and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We immediately fell into a rhythm with the local shops - roast chicken for dinner from this spot, icecream from this other place, etc. It was lovely to be recognized and part of a community. The location is perfect, just 100 meters or so from the beach, we went back and forth many times with no issues. We also visited the pine forrest everyday, also just a 10 min walk or so away. Our month in this house was very special - highly recommend to anyone wantingto escape to a beautiful welcoming place. Also Daniel is super responsive and professional!

Met all our expectations!

Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Excellent location. About 10 mins to the train station for those without a vehicle. And less than 5 mins to the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more convenient. The property manager, Daniel, was super nice and answered all our questions. He also provided us with a ride to/from the train station when we arrived and departed. This was very much appreciated - Thanks Daniel!

Zentral und gute Aufteilung

Eine schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Lage durch gute Fenster recht ruhig. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Verwalter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. Für's Parken muss man allerdings Geduld mitbringen oder ein paar Minuten laufen.
