Charming and spacious very bright house located in the Natural Park of Mondragó just 5 minutes from the beach. This cozy house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room, a private pool, terraces and garden.
The kitchen, very spacious and fully equipped, leads directly to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your meals under the porch.
The bathrooms are with shower or bath, bath linen and hairdryer.
Outside, you can enjoy the private pool, relax on the sun loungers or prepare a barbecue for a good summer dinner.
About 5 minutes away are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with its fine sand and turquoise waters, the beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó.
Only 5 kilometers away is the emblematic town of Santanyi with its traditional market and where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, bars ...

Mallorca Family Home

We stayed for a lovely week at Agnes. The house is beautiful especially the country kitchen which opens to a beautiful patio leading to the pool. We loved the spacious environment. The pool is large and a great relief given the weather was quite hot. Their is no Air Con and would recommend units for the Bedrooms but fans made a great difference and a beautiful breeze glides through most of the house. Highly recommend

Wunderschöne Gegend und tolles Haus

Wir waren über die Pfingstferien in Cala Figuera in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit blauen Fensterläden. Das Haus ist super, sauber, groß genug für 6 Personen, mit einem tollen Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder ebenso. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (10) zwei Wochen im August in Agnès' sehr schöner großer Villa und haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt. Außenbereich und Garten sind ebenfalls toll gestaltet und wir haben uns eigentlich den ganzen Tag nur auf der Terrasse und im Pool aufgehalten. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht, dort zu kochen. Was uns nach einigen negativen Erfahrungen in anderen Häusern besonders positiv aufgefallen ist, war die Ruhe der Umgebung: Nachts war kein einziger bellender Hund zu hören, morgens hat kein einziger Hahn gekräht – ein Traum! Mit den Matratzen waren meine Frau und ich nicht ganz so glücklich, aber das ist wohl eine sehr subjektive Meinung, denn damit haben wir bei unseren Reisen fast immer Probleme. Da wir nur zu dritt dort waren, konnten wir uns dafür aber auch das jeweils passende Bett in den vier Schlafzimmern aussuchen. Das WLAN ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben, denn wir konnten mühelos remote dort arbeiten (unterbrechungsfrei und inkl. Videocalls) und Filme streamen, hat alles super funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, man fährt in wenigen Minuten nach Cala Figuera, Santanyi und an diverse Strände. Agnès und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, die Übergaben und die Kommunikation dazwischen waren sehr entspannt und umkompliziert. Agnès Haus ist kein moderner steriler Ferien-Neubau, sondern wurde von Agnès' Famile belebt und hat daher Charme und Charakter. Dazu passt auch die vorhandene CD-Sammlung. :) Und der große Pool ist einfach der Hammer. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbare Finca für einen Familienurlaub im Naturschutzgebiet bei Mondrago

Wir haben im Mai 2018 wunderbare Ferien zu meinem 60. Geburtstag auf der Finca verlebt. Die ganze Familie, meine erwachsenen Kinder mit Partner (Mitte 20), meine Mutter (83), mein Enkelkind (1) sowie ich haben diesen 9tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für jedes Alter war die Finca ansprechend, in der Ausstattung, in den Räumlichkeiten innen und außen. Alle, wirklich alle Details in dem Haus waren liebevoll zusammengestellt und von hohem Nineau: ob die unterschiedlich gestalteten Schlafzimmer oder die Bäder sowie auch die Kücheneinrichtung usw., nichts hat uns gefehlt und uns so einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Außenanlage mit wunderschönem langem Holztisch auf der überdachten Terrasse, dem großzügigen Pool oder Grill haben uns ein schönes Zusammensein ermöglicht. Auch die Lage des Hauses in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Naturstrand Mondrago sowie zu Cala Figura und Santany war für uns ideal. Zudem war die Betreuung durch Agnes Lepelletier perfekt; ob bei der Ankunft oder Abreise, bei Nachfragen vor Ort, aber auch im Kontakt im Vorfeld war sie eine sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Ansprechperson; vielen Dank dafür an Frau Lepelletier. Wir werden bei einem möglich geplanten Familienurlaub dieses Domizil sicherlich wieder wählen und dieses auch in unserem Bekanntenkreis weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Betreuung durch Agnes lief problemlos und sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Super Haus und Umgebung zum Entspannen!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und optimal für die Familie. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und abseits der üblichen Touristen-Gegenden. Agnes und Andreu sind sehr nette und sich kümmernde Gastgeber. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
