A wonderful vacation home from home - and a great garden for all the family

I am certain, the people intelligently who will read your review will understand and make their own judgement as all the other reviews are only, and extremely positive 10/10 that not only in this site, but in all the other ones. See my own quotation on this guest. I will check myself your point regarding the shower as I never had any comment on this and remedy if necessary. I explained to you that the electric sockets are radio transmitter and have no electricity in them, so no danger at all, and are made to be able to change the batteries which operate them if necessary. The dogs were not in your garden, but unfortunately one escaped to the attention of his owner and crossed. I went, so did the owner, to see you and sent you a message of apologises regarding the incident. In no way you found dogs poos as you recognised yourself that they were too small for dogs. A prefectoral decree L 131-1 forbade all bbq, from the 1rst of August onward, and NOBODY did one bbq from this date on. A fine of € 135.00 would have applied. Regarding the recycling a big box and a bin for the waste food were in the gite. 4 big rubbish containers were at disposal to empty them when full. When you arrived in the gites a present representing the Mont St Michel, a bottle of Champagne, 2 cards for your both 70th birthdays and 50th anniversary, place the usuel basket of wine, beer, biscuits and chocolate were awaiting for you. I hope you enjoyed them as I haven’t had any comment on them !!!!!!!!

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous vous avons accueillis dans notre maison, et surtout nous sommes ravis que le Père Noël ait trouvé vos enfants. Terry et moi-même vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de laisser vos chaleureux commentaires. Suite à notre discussion, nous avons immédiatement ajouté une grande marmite à celles déjà existantes, comme cela 8 personnes n'auront aucune difficulté à cuire leurs pâtes.... Tous nos bons voeux vous accompagnent, surtout pour vos parents durant cette nouvelle année 2016. Nous nous rejouissons par avance de pouvoir vous accueillir chez nous à une date ultérieure.

Speaking as the owners of Oak Cottage where Helen, John, Matthew and Hannah stayed earlier this year, so much depends on the guests themselves - this has been our first year running Les Gites Champetres in Normandy and we have been overwhelmed by the kindnesses and thoughtfulness displayed by so many of our guests. It is much easier to be seen as kind and welcoming when the guests appreciate what you do for them, and that is certainly true in this case. John and Judy left here to fly back to Seattle with their hearts forever locked into the sacrifices paid by all those GIs who gave their lives so far away from their own homes in the USA.
