This accommodation is in one of the most idyllic areas of the Girona Coast, located 1 minute walking from Canyelles Petites Beach and 5minute driving from the Centre of Roses. It is a comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people and has a private terrace where you can see the magnificent views of the Roses Bay. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple opportunities that offers la Costa Brava.

 
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.



CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.



CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.



VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Ein Wasserkocher wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Vermieter hat auf Probleme sehr schnell reagiert. Die Aussicht ist natürlich nicht zu toppen, der Strand ist fix erreicht.

Séjour très agreable

Situation, environnement au top. Petite résidence au calme jour et nuit.Plage en face superbe mais des escaliers pour y accéder de différentes hauteurs. Restaurants bar de plage rapport qualité prix très correct Commerces autour pour dépannage seulement. Dans l appartement il manque un peu d équipement: fer à repasser,sèche cheveu, un mini four sinon c.est ok. Linge de maison ok Climatisation ok Seul bémol une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain Je conseillerai sans hésiter cette location surtout pour sa situation exceptionnelle
