Fantastic apartment with private terrace, and direct access to the condo pool. The apartment is located in a quiet and central area, 5 minutes from the main beach of El Médano and its shops. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe available to guests, an elegant bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen. Sofa-bed and TV Led 40 ". The terrace is the key feature of this apartment: it is possible to have lunch and cross it to go straight to the pool.
Equipment included: Most common household appliances, kitchen linen, bed linen and bath towels.

Great Property Great Owner

We were delayed arriving for a number of hours eventually getting to the property at 1030pm and the owner was there to meet us.The apartment was very clean and there was beer and snacks available on arrival, very kind gesture and much appreciated.Everything needed for our stay was in the property including shampoo and shower gel. I would recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in El Medano, cafes & supermarket 5 minutes walk away and main area of the town 10 minutes walk away. Beaches are also with a short walk.Great property for a great holiday, thank you

The apartment was fantastic. There was ever thing you needed. and the outside in the garden was just as good we had our meals outside al the time I went swimming every day in the pool.it was so nice Lorenzo was on the phone any time you needed him. also thank you so much lorenzo for taking us to the airport at the end of the hoilday.we will be coming back Lorenzo I would recommend this apartment any time

Amazingly well equipped, spotless and spacious

Lorenzo met us with a huge smile and was very helpful, always available at the end of phone or email. A host who genuinely cares that you should enjoy your stay. Apartment was spacious, best equipped we have experienced and it was all freshly decorated. Lovely little patio area with loungers, table, chairs etc. We were able to have all meals outside, sheltered from the breeze which pretty much blows most of the time in El Médano. A very short walk to hypermarket for all your food needs and a casual stroll takes you to the central square and beach. Would strongly recommend this property. Other advice: Manfreds Soul Café is a great place to chill, and great spot to watch sunset while enjoying tapas and sangria!!

Thank You very much for an excellent stay in Your apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Wonderful wallpaintings in the bedroom. Like sleeping in the jungle! Nice hot water in the shower. Beautiful garden with god chairs and sunbeds, and the pool 5 m away. Short walk to beaches, supermarket and citycenter. Nice and private closed area, very secure even with children. And Laura was a great help and even baked us a cake. Thank You Laura! We would love to comeback back. Birgitte and Knud Erik, Denmark

Why they chose this property

It is close to the beach, has a swimming pool and it's on the ground floor. People likes its ease of access and its own subterranean parking space. The location is perfect! Far enough from the crowd but close enough to walk to the centre. The terrace is protected from the wind which is plus.

What makes this property unique

Everybody falls in love with the terrace and they much appreciate the parking space in the subterranean common garage.Flexibility on the day of arrival is also a plus. It doesn't matter it you arrive a Friday or a Saturday.No stress,you're soon on holiday!!
