Nicely located on the end of the complex complete with front and side balconies. Ideally located one floor from the restaurant, across from the gym, and right in front of the swimming pools (1 heated year round), hot tubs, and swim-up bar area. The beach is just steps away.

Beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was conveniently located close to the stairs, main lobby & pool. We were able to walk to the restaurants just outside of the resort as well. The condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed. A little outdated decor but didn’t affect the quality of stay at all. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Spot

I found this perfect condo for me. It's clean and has everything needed for a great stay. The patio is perfect for catching the early morning breeze with my coffee and evening drinks as well. Restaurants are walking distance too. Will definitely stay there again

The view is phenomenal, even better than the pictures. The location of the condo is perfect and the unit itself is great! Al, the owner was super helpful and easy to deal with. If you’re going to this area, you can’t do any better.

Perfect Location and Great Views

The condo was nice and cozy. While it is on the older side, the owner was very clear and set the right expectations. The condo was perfect for our family of four and everyone had a blast. The owner reached out to me a couple days before to make sure I knew how to get there and to help answer any questions. Our overall experience was great and we will stay here again!.

Loved our stay here. The location was great - both the complex and the apt. The apartment has two balconies (a nice treat) with one that looks down at the pool and stunning ocean views. The apartment is perfect size with a large bedroom and plenty of space indoors. But with the pool and the ocean a few steps away, why would you stay in the room! Everything was perfect. Thanks, Al, we will be seeing you again soon!

Sonoran Sea Escape

Fabulous location on Sandy Beach. Clean condo, well equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi, comfortable bed, easy access to the pools and beach. AC. Nice gym, restaurant, convenience store in complex. Owner is communicative. Bring your own towels for the pool and beach and beach chairs/blankets if you want them.

We love the location .

This unit is on the 2nd floor .We have a stairway down to the ground level , which gives real easy access to the pool area . The unit is well equipped . Good TV and Internet .The pool area it is so nice to have a heated pool at 92 F. No problem getting . If you like a cooler pool they have that right beside the heated one . Attendents in pool area are very friendly . People in the swim up bar are very good with a smile as they serve you .

Great Property and Location!

I’ve stayed at this property on several occasions especially for Roger Clyne events since the venue is in walking distance. It’s a great location on the beach, good food and bars all with in walking and of course the concert venue. The unit is on the second floor. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool area with a good balcony for watching the sunset. It’s a comfy unit for a couple. Everything was very clean, well stocked and ready with the exception of the water heater but the property maintenance fixed that very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this property and unit as a great place to stay in Puerto Peñasco!
