This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway.

Great Retreat on the Beach

Room and Condo were amazing. Clean, well cared for, amenities aplenty. Pools were clean, easy beach access, nobody harassing you to buy. Security all over Condo site. Restaurants close. No easy way to get to harbor area unless you drive. Better than other condo's I've stayed in Mexico.

Great condo.

Condo was even better than the pics. Absolutely great view of the the resort and the ocean. The resort itself is gorgeous. Staff was awesome. Easy walk to the beach. We can't wait to rent this condo again.

Hard to leave

Condo was good. View was great. Beach was clean...and, at low tide, an excellent place to fly my big kite (5'x3'6") without annoying other guests. Add 'Excellent for Beach Kite Flying' to Puerto Penasco's attractions. We miss everything.

other than getting a traffic ticket in Sonotya for $150.00 and a $25.00 ticket for not feeding a parking meter on Sunday, every thing was great, the condo was as advertised. The kitchen needs more lighting. Beach very nice

The location is excellent. All rooms have sea-views. Variety of outdoor areas to enjoy in addition to the beach itself are lovely {Pools; walkways; beach lounge chairs & shade} Liked the housekeeping detailed checklist- neat as a pin and well stocked (dishwasher detergent; extra paper towels for ex.). Bottled water dispenser a plus! Thoughtful amenity basket at the bathroom sink; large mirror; excellent lighting throughout. Used the convenience store twice - very friendly staff! Cantina small and inviting; again- great staff.

This is a nice complex with good parking, nice pools and easy beach access. It its also safe secure and well maintained. On the negative side, the unit here is a little dated and not equipped with any extras. The furniture is old. The kitchen is not equipped for eating in or cooking. The internet was spotty or non existent for our stay though there may have been some issues in the complex in general. The TV is old, and does not have a lot of programming available for American visitors. There was no communication on how to access the internet (password)or access the TV channels. There was also no communication on how to get the key. The guard at the parking entrance gave us out wristbands but did not tell us that we needed to go around the building to another building to check in and get the key. I had a choice between multiple units and would have probably chosen a different one if I did it again.

Frustration

Check in went smoothly. The unit was attractive and comfortable. The unit was supposed to have internet and cable TV. My husband works online so it was important to us. They claimed the recent storm causes issues with the internet but I think they just went cheap on their Internet company. The internet went out multiple times and so did the TV. They have no phones in the units so you cannot call the front office for help. So, many trips back to the office to ask for help and much time spent waiting for people to come and fix them. The guy at the desk eventually gave me a list of modem names and passwords for multiple condo units so when ours didn't work I could try others. That helped sometimes but not all the time. The drains in the shower and bathroom sink were slow to drain. We didn't like standing in backed up water during showers. I won't likely book again.

Very nice clean condo with great ocean views. Had everything we needed except you need to bring your own beach towels which it mentioned in the instructions before you arrive. Very quiet and easy check in process.If you have verizon phone service it didn’t work that great without WiFi at all only when connected to WiFi. The bed was very comfortable also.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for the two of us to enjoy our anniversary. The view was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt like I went back to 1991

I was blown away by the amount of dated items in this not clean condo. I love princesa but this condo was not good. Let me start by staying the pull out bed mattress was so old it looked like a pringles chip.The MASTER bed’s comforter was also dated and felt like an old moving blanket that was kept in a dusty garage. The walls in the entire condo were also so dirty.and had a layer of dust on it. Last but not least the tv in the MASTER bedroom was literally an artifact! The “tv” was a grey 8 inch tube tv that I needed a pair of binoculars to view from the bed. the tv had a vhs player built in . If I knew the condo was this dated I would’ve worn a tie die shirt and bell bottom pants!

Lovely Place On Beach

Nice, quiet place on beach. A coupe of things would improve it. Replace blinds in bedroom with black out curtains. Provide coffee, for the coffee maker. Instructions for using the RC and cable. The smart tv, in the bedroom doesn’t apparently work, unless you have streaming of some kind.

Very Nice Place

Perfect place for two people. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. A bar of soap in the bathroom would have been nice. But the chairs on the patio need something on the feet. Very noisy when you move them. Every time I did I was afraid I was waking up the whole complex.
