Beautiful summer house in a family complex with pool - UHC MAGRANERS 115

The UHC MAGRANERS residential complex is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.



It is located just a few minutes' walk from Playa Cristal, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada awarded the Blue Flag. It is perfect for families with children: crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a seafront promenade with restaurants, beach bars, children's playgrounds and many water sports activities.



If you want to discover the surroundings, you'll love to know that in less than 30 minutes by car you'll be in the centre of Tarragona, Reus or PortAventura.



DISTRIBUTION:

A spacious summer house distributed over 2 floors.



The ground floor has:



- Terrace/external porch of approximately 12 m² with garden furniture.

- Small private garden with barbecue. (For hygiene reasons the grill is not available)

- Pleasant lounge with access to the terrace and garden.

- Separate well-equipped kitchen.

- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes.

- Full bathroom with bath/shower.



On the upper floor there is:



- Double bedroom en suite with bathroom with bathtub and terrace.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds) and a double bed with built-in wardrobes.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor community pool.

- This house is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. There are steps at the entrance.

- Perfect for a family holiday close to the beach.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Nous avons trouvé une location très sale.Impossible de se servir du balais qui était cassé, a ce jour ont attend toujours l'agence qui devait nous en livrér un, jamais arrivé.Le petit sèche linge tellement rouillé que n'ont n'avons jamais mis un vêtement.Le lave vaiselle ne fonctionne pas, la vaiselle sortait aussi sale après le cycle.Un matelas d'une chambre tellement sale que je vous joint une photo.Et le canapé horriblement sale, nous y avons mis un plaide pour pouvoir s'assoir

Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine en compagnie d'un couple d'ami, 3enfants , deux de 2ans et un de 7ans. Le logement est fonctionnel, grand salon,petite cuisine,terrasse extérieur avec barbecue, avec un petit jardin clôturer. Piscine collectif, bien entretenu, chaude, endroits calme, gens respectueux,même si nous étions avec des enfants qui était surexcitée !!! A 10min a pieds de la plage et de tout commodités, restaurant commerces etc...

Alojamiento para volver a repetir, lugar tranquilo, casa espaciosa con todos sus complementos. Piscina compartida pero con mucha privacidad, excelente!! Muy buena experiencia. Añadir algunos complementos básicos en tema de la limpieza de ropa como barreño y pinzas y una limpieza más exhaustiva de la cocina.

Séjour à Miami playa

Première fois que nous réservons avec Abritel, je suis assez déçu. Impossible de vous contacter à notre arrivé sur les lieu car ménage plus ou moins fait correctement au niveau sanitaire ( abatant WC casse, cheveux baignoire....) Mobilier déçu, canapé sale avec sable et vieux pas utilisable pour un couchage, cuisine lave vaisselle très vieux les propriétaires doivent prévoir un changement rapide. Votre annonce et photos ne correspondent pas au réelle. Le plus a été calme et proximité de la plage. Pour le tarif les conditions des prestations sont à revoir 2037.30€ pour 7 nuits !!!!!! Cordialement.
