Charming semi-detached house, perfect for your family holiday in Salou, just 2 minutes walk from Cala Crancs beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of La Pineda, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.
The beautiful Cala Crancs, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, sunbed rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos, they are absolutely one of the best in Salou. Be sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling. :-))
The house is part of the UHC CASAS BLANCAS FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 semi-detached houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic community area of more than 3,000 m2 of gardens with lawn and swimming pool. The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet place in Cabo de Salou, in the heart of the Costa Dorada. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you go with very young children we recommend accessing the street, where the slope is gentler.
The house consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:
The ground floor has:
- Exterior terrace porch (with stunning sea views) of about 20 m2 with a dining table.
- Pleasant living room with air conditioning and access to the large terrace with sea views.
- Well equipped open kitchen.
On the first floor you can find:
- Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access to a terrace with amazing views of the sea.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes and sea views.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes.
- Full bathroom with shower.
- There is an air-conditioning unit in the corridor for the three bedrooms.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Seasonal outdoor pool.
- Beachfront prime location.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
