Spectacular duplex UHC RUBENS APARTMENTS located on the front line, right on Paseo Jaime I, just a few metres from the Luminous Fountain and Llevant Beach in Salou.
Llevant Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger and parasol rental, disabled access, lifeguard stations every few metres and numerous parks and children's areas. If you're looking to spend a beach holiday with your family, this is your apartment.
DISTRIBUTION:
It is one of our best located apartments in Salou. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an apartment with a large living room with large windows with access to the terrace with sea views. It has a well-equipped open kitchen. There is no air conditioning but both the living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Appartement sur la plage
Appartement très bien situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer.
Proche de tous les commerces.
Parties communes propres et nettoyées tous les jours.
Le manque de climatisation est dommage surtout étant donné l emplacement de l appartement. Rue très animée le jour comme de nuit donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Chaleur brulant et bruit insupportable = semaine horrible
Très bel appartement, mais localisé au dessus d'un bar restaurant dans la zone la plus fréquentée de Salou ; résultat : bruit impossible toute la nuit et toutes les nuits , et on ne pouvait pas fermer les fenêtres pour éviter le bruit : pas de climatisation dans l'appartement , seulement des ventilateurs aux plafonds , pas suffisantes du tout pour la moindre baisse de temperature : un vrai four .
Dernière remarque : 132 euros payées à Abritel pour rien , car on peut passer par Universal Holidays directement , et réserver !!!
Je ne tomberai plus jamais dans ce genre de piège .

Merci de prendre quelques minutes pour partager votre expérience dans notre logement. Nous regrettons que cela n'ait pas été satisfaisant. Veuillez noter que parfois les attentes du client ne correspondent pas à ce qu'il décide de réserver, peut-être par méconnaissance des caractéristiques spécifiques de la région. Dans ce cas, l'emplacement central de l'appartement implique de sacrifier un peu de tranquillité pour avoir tous les services et la plage à quelques mètres de la porte d'entrée.
Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt et nous vous rappelons que les caractéristiques des logements et leur emplacement sont clairement décrits dans la description de chaque logement afin que vous puissiez choisir celle qui convient le mieux à vos besoins.
