À notre arrivĂ©e, nous apprenons que :Les 2 volets de la suite vue mer Ă  l'Ă©tage sont fermĂ©s et condamnĂ©s (pb Ă©lectrique)Une terrasse condamnĂ©e. Une seule clim dans la suite Ă  l'Ă©tage (prĂ©sentĂ©e dans l'annonce comme Ă©quipement de la villa). Contrainte d'Ă©teindre les Ă©clairages du salon et du couloir au tableau Ă©lectrique.Fermeture de la porte d'entrĂ©e dĂ©faillante.Concernant l'hygiĂšne :MĂ©nage de la maison non effectuĂ© (sable rĂ©siduel sur les sols non lavĂ©s, draps non changĂ©s dans une chambre, serviette de toilette dĂ©jĂ  utilisĂ©e et repliĂ©e humide dans l'armoire, oreillers tachĂ©s sans alĂšses, matelas tĂąchĂ©s, intĂ©rieurs des armoires non aspirĂ©s, robinetterie non nettoyĂ©e, planche Ă  dĂ©couper de la cuisine non nettoyĂ©e Ă©galement, vitres sales...). Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Maison moderne idéalement située à cÎté de la petite plage de Farinole, dans un bel environnement. Cependant, la maison manque de confort et certaines finitions ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Climatisation dans une seule piÚce, route bruyante à proximité et problÚmes de serrure et d électricité. De plus, le jardin n est pas du tout exploitable.

Modern, clean and well equipped house with stunning sunset views of the sea.

We loved our week here, the house and the region of Corsica were just what we were looking for. The house is located in a less developed part of Corsica. There is very little in walking distance so a car is necessary but within a very short drive there are some great restaurants, activities and beaches. The house is modern and very clean. I miss the stunning views from the terrace and the top floor.

la villa est trÚs agréable. Nous avons passés un trÚs bon séjour. Les chambres du bas ne sont pas climatisés et c'est bien dommage. Le dortoir est vraiment et uniquement destiné aux enfants (petits lits). La vue de la terrasse est extraordinaire. La maison est bien équipée.

Superbe maison, vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un exellent séjour: Belle maison, bien équipée, vue spendide. Situation idéale pour visiter le Cap Corse, Saint Florent, Ile Rousse, le désert des Agriates tout en profitant des plages, et des caves de Patrimonio. Nous y reviendrons trÚs volontiers, idéalement située lorsque l on arrive de Bastia en bateau.

Notre sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ© et la maison est conforme Ă  la description. La vue notamment est splendide. Mais la plage n’est pas Ă  50 m comme le dĂ©crit l’annonce mais plutĂŽt Ă  300 m ! Et la maison surplombe une route assez bruyante ! Il manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine et de transats pour une maison qui doit accueillir 8 personnes. Du matĂ©riel de plage serait le bienvenu (petits siĂšges, parasols).

Superbe villa moderne avec une vue dont on se lasse pas

La description et les photos de l annonce sont fidÚles à la réalité. La plage de sable est à 50 m ù pied. Sa localisation permet de rejoindre facilement St Florent, Nonza et le reste du Cap Corse en général. C est tout simplement parfait.

Einfach wunderbar

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem extrem netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Der saubere und ruhige Sandstrand ist auch mit Kindern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Selbst fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbaguette braucht man ein Auto (der nĂ€chste BĂ€cker ist ca. 10 min entfernt und der Supermarkt ca. 15 min).
