La Grica AGAVE is the lower apartment of the Grica: a small white house in a splendid position overlooking the sea, inside the park Otranto S. M.di Leuca.
Although the lower apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea because the property is on a steep slope.
The Agave has a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, fireplace and large window overlooking the sea, air conditioning and TV with Sky decoder.
The real living room is the private terrace facing the sea where you can live from morning to late evening in the cool sea breeze
The terrace is equipped with stone bbq, sunbeds, rocking chair, hammock, outdoor shower, covered patio with table and chairs, sink and on request stove for outdoor cooking.
On clear days you can see the mountains of Albania and the first Greek islands.
It was called the grica because more than one visitor remembered the houses of the Greek islands.
There is also a rather impervious rock garden that slopes down to the sea with terraces and walls.

The stretch of coast below, very beautiful and still intact, is rocky with a low cliff. The sea is easily accessible through paths that lead to beautiful corners where it is easy to access the sea.
La Grica is perfect for lovers of the sea and nature: trekking, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, canoeing, cycling, walking!
