Elegant and bright apartment, recently renovated, only 10 minutes from Biennale and San Marco, from the most famous square in the world for its uniqueness.
Cà dei Arsenaloti is located on the second floor.
The apartment is accessed by a staircase: about 70 square meters composed of a large master bedroom with a large wardrobe, a living room with two double sofa beds, a spacious and very bright kitchen fully equipped. It accommodates up to six guests, and it has a bathroom with a newly renovated shower.
Furnished with taste and elegance, we offer our guests a stay in one of the most popular and lively areas of the city.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

Great location, quiet and cool apartment

We loved being just outside the bustle of San Marcos square. 'Twas an easy walk to sites and vaparetto stop. The flat itself was spacious, clean, well-lit, cool, and quiet. Will definitely try to book our next time in Venice.
