Enrico met us at rhe house and went over all the essentials...very nice! The house was just what we needed and had everything we expected. Great location...and it was a kick to watch the activity on the canal.

We loved the place. Much space, very nice area to walk around, just a few steps from Rialto market, quiet neighborhood. Nice view at a typical canal. Close to Vaporetto station. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My sons loved the speed of internet. We were two adults and three children and the place was just perfect for us.

Needs some updating

Enrico was great but the property needs some more comfortable mattresses & pillows. A mirror would have been helpful on the top floor. The place is spacious & quiet. The lighting is not bright so between that and the stairs it was very tricky at night. The towels are old, thin and smelt musty. The cafe moka maker is too small for four people.

Large apartment in great location

Behind the apartment is a canal, and we love seeing the occasional ferry goes by. The apartment is large, including the bathroom, which I like. The apartment makes our stay in Venice more enjoyable.

One day in Venice.

Place was fine for 5 people. There was not any AC, and it was a very hot night. After walking around all day in the heat, AC would have been nice. It was a good place for one night. Host (and dog Nacho) was very nice and made some good recommendations for lunch and dinner.
