Great place and great location! We had an issue with the hot water and it was taken care of very quickly. We appreciated the quick service. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Apartment looked to have been renovated recently, everything was very nice. Host was very responsive and the location was fantastic. Quiet at night, around the corner from San Marco Square. Would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to come back to this magical city.

We are a family of four. And we stayed two nights. The location was perfect. Right near the San Marcos Square. Couldn’t have been closer. And was very easy to find. The instruction booklet also came with recommendations for restaurants and attractions which was great help. The primary bedroom was very large. The twin beds are right next to kitchen/ living room. My two adult boys stayed there. There is a sliding door that shuts to give privacy. It worked perfect for us since we only stayed a short time. It was a great stay. Thank you so much!

First and foremost, there is no better location than this apartment. 2 minutes from the square, it is AWESOME!!!!The apartment is clean, quiet, easy to get to and had a fully stocked kitchen.Where the property does not earn full marks was with the A/C for bedroom's. The air-conditioning for the second bedroom is actually in the kitchen/living area. If you close the 2nd bedroom sliding doors, then there is no A/C to that bedroom. The room got hot quickly with no A/C. This was a huge burden for us with kids, as we had to go to the master bedroom when we put the kids to sleep in order for them to have a cool room (ie: the sliding doors needed to be open).Other than that minor issue, the apartment is truly spectacular. I would happily stay there again.

Dear Steve, thank you for your kind references. You are actually the first—and so far the only—guest who has reported an issue with the air conditioning. The room with the twin beds should remain open during warm weather: the AC unit in the living room is more than sufficient to cool both rooms. There is really no reason to keep the door closed, especially since the other bedroom has its own direct access to the bathroom, and the living room becomes an integral part of the space, making it larger and more comfortable for multiple guests. Location is amazing. Literally steps away from st marks. Right in the heart of it. This is easily the best aspect of the place. Despite being right there in the busiest section, it is off on a side street and was quiet at night. No problem sleeping. Air conditioning worked well, kept the place cool despite very hot summer weather. Communications was excellent and responsive.Sheets, and beds were fine.Now this part I don't have a way to gauge my expectations but every time we use the bathroom for anything, there was a bad odor. I guess it's the Venetian sewage system? The towels had this odor to them too. The shower floods quickly also. So I can't give a full 5 stars.

This apt was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. Communication beforehand and throughout was ample and helpful; additional documentation within the apt was helpful as well. We appreciated the opportunity to check-in a bit early.The location is fantastic; very close to Piazza San Marco but on a quaint calle so is fairly quiet at night. The apartment is clean and as described/photographed. We used the kitchen for breakfasts; it was equipped well for simple meals; as others mentioned, there is a cooktop.I would stay here again and recommend this property.

Overall was good but listing looks like more beds than there are. Listed 2 queens and there is one queen in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. I booked wanting 2 queen beds. There is a couch that may pull out did not check but it’s in the living area. Host was also 35 min. Late to check us in.

After extensive research for affordable accommodations in Venice, my family and I found the "best place in Venice" and Luigi. Everything that all of the other highly rated reviews say is completely accurate. Listen to nothing that any of the negative reviews say. They are angry little people. Luigi's communication on Whatsapp along with that of his helper Malika was very responsive and helpful from the moment of confirming the reservation to checking out. This apartment; which it is truly an apartment, with one bedroom with 2 single beds for my teenage children to sleep and a large master bedroom with a king size bed for my wife and I to sleep. The spacious living/dinning/kitchenette was not necessary for our stay, but spacious enough for any group of four to spread out, relax, have a meal if desired. The bathroom was sufficiently sized and functional for its purpose. The two air conditioners were a godsend to come home to on some of the hottest summer vacation days experienced. The location couldn't be any closer to Piazza San Marco. Transportation from the airport via private water taxi; so worth it, dropped us off at the San Marco Giardinetti dock and from there we walked a very short distance to our apartment. Malika greeted us, showed us around the apartment and wished us well. If we every return to Venice, we're staying again at this apartment.

Perfect stay in Venice

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Excellent location, steps away from Piazza San Marco and about 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was great, good communication throughout. I would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location just steps from San Marco Square and within walking distance of many other attractions. Great food and shopping in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again!
