This was an amazing place in the perfect location! The place was clean and perfectly laid out with beautiful views of the canals.Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a magical trip and would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a good location however the trade off is the early morning noise from deliveries on the square that continue for hours. Check in was allowed slightly early when the property was ready but was confused. We have previously stayed in old properties in Venice but this property together with furniture and kitchen is very tired and cluttered. We book an apartment so that we can cook but lighting the gas hob with a lighter is a step too far and was difficult to control. Not the best stay we have had in Venice!

Wow - what a great place. I can't say enough. The apartment is large and well-maintained. The location is awesome. And what really made the whole experience comfortable and easy were the hosts. The communication before the stay is fantastic, the directions are detailed, and their availability was constant and helpful. They made it so easy to locate their home and arrive easily. The place was clean and comfortable. Having laundry was great. The trash boat does stop outside the apartment most days, but honestly we found it fascinating and enjoyed watching the whole process. This is the place to stay, and my husband, my daughter, and I were very comfortable and happy here. It was wonderful to have our own laundry as well.

Lovely apartment really in the center of things! 2 bathrooms which is rare plus a bed and 2 pull out couches. Air conditioning plus fans really helped in the hot summer. Owners are super communicate and helpful! Only slight challenge is the sound of the garbage pickup on the canal early on some weekday mornings. If you’re sensitive to sound you might want earplugs. But the place is really worth it and we highly recommend.

Wonderful home. A touchy tricky to find and instructions for finding the front door could be more logical/specific. Would happily stay here. The ad says no hidden fees but you are expected to leave cash for cleaning and tourism fee.

This apartment is quite spacious with many rooms to spread out! Has everything you need and great views of the canal from the living space and main bedroom. We often stood outside or sat on the steps just outside the apartment in the evening to watch the boats go by. Our hostess was OUTSTANDING with great communication, lots of info, and quick responses! Thank you so much!!!

Host was an excellent communicator and the flat was quite clean, attractive, and near most major attractions. Rialto Bridge is a short walk away and Santa Lucia station is about a 12-15 minute walk. We found it a great location and lovely flat for exploring Venice.
