Beautiful villa located in the Castle sector of the urbanization Sant Jordi d'Alfama and just 150m from its port
The house has very large and luminous spaces.
With capacity for 10 people, it has:
Main floor with: living room with fireplace and access to the garden, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery ...) and with access to the terrace . 1 bedroom with sheeters, 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and direct access to the garden and pool. 3 full bathrooms of which 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub.
1st Floor with 2 large terraces with beautiful views at the beginning of the port.
Ground floor with: laundry, storage room, porch and large parking area.
On the outside of the villa, large fully fenced garden of 1. 300m, with 5.5 x 13m pool and porch with gas barbecue area.
The villa has all the comforts as well as air conditioning, wifi and outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and sunbeds)

Belle maison moderne bien située pour les amateurs de plages

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette très belle maison moderne et bien située entre la plage de San Jordi et la crique Lo Ribellet a 500 mètres à pied chacune. La maison est très fonctionnelle, fidèle aux photos et à la description. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la piscine est vraiment géniale. Un autre point à souligner est le très bon contact avec la personne de l’agence de location très disponible pour répondre aux questions avant le séjour et très accueillante à l’arrivée. Bref, nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation

Nice villa missing a few things

The villa was pleasant and a good size but it is lacking a few things. We had a young child with us and there is a staircase leading to the basement, it would of been helpful if a stair gate had been available as we had to improvise. We also rented towels and bedding which should of been included in the price, no hand towel was given just large body towels. Also the beds weren't made up when we arrived. The kitchen had no tea towels to dry dishes or your hands! I found the air conditioning in the bedroom too noisey so ended up switching it off at night. The small children's room has no air con which we knew but no fan was offered, it was 28 degrees in there! The air con unit in the hallway was not working which was annoying. The clothes airer kept falling down so that needs replacing (we were a family of 7 and washing a lot). The security of the villa isn't great, no secure gate as you enter and the large gate that allows you to park your car on the property wasn't locked. You need to be careful with the smooth patio tiles as we kept slipping on them, my youngest ended up hitting his head twice. We were also told the pool would be cleaned twice but it was just once during our week stay. If these things could be rectified it would be a perfect villa!

We loved the property. It was very clean and the pool is amazing. Shame there isn’t a kettle or en-suites but we enjoyed the stay. Quick and friendly communication. Many thanks. We hope to return!
