Recently re-modelled to a very high standard, the house is situated in a secluded close between East Wittering and Bracklesham, with a large area of green to the front of the house, and is spacious and contemporary throughout. Perfectly setup for a large family, it works equally well with two families holidaying together. The huge open plan kitchen / dining room / living area is full of light, and can more than comfortably accommodate a large group. With underfloor heating, wifi, smart TV, Netflix, board games and a huge American fridge/freezer, rainy days are covered. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a spacious king and a twin, as well as a large family bathroom. Upstairs a further two bedrooms include the master king and a flexible twin / super-king, and a second bathroom with walk-in shower. A fantastic, family-friendly garden to the rear includes a decked area immediately outside the bi-fold doors, a large artificial lawn, built in BBQ and luxury corner hot tub.

Set up with families in mind, the house and garden are secure for young children. Baby equipment, including travel cot with additional mattress, high chair and children plates and cutlery are provided, as well as a good selection of toys, books and DVD's (for the grown ups too)!! There is a utility area with washer / dryer, and space for hanging coats and storing muddy boots. To the front of the house there is offroad parking for up to three cars.
