Nice House with many space

A beautiful house with lots of space. We enjoyed the stay very much. Great location with short distances to the beach and town. Only the adjacent pool with animation program is a bit annoying in the evenings.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind klasse. Das einzige kleinere Problem war die Musik aus dem angrenzenden Ferienpark. Die war nicht wahnsinnig laut, aber oft von 12:00 bis 22:00. Ein- und Auschecken war sehr flott und angenehm.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Biscarosse dans cette maison vraiment très adaptée pour une famille de 5 personnes. 4 chambres avec un lit double, 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, 2 terrasses. L’emplacement idéal a 10-15 minutes à pieds de la plage du vivier, des commerçants à proximité, des voies cyclables, et surtout une très grande disponibilité et réactivité des propriétaires Nous reviendrons merci encore pour votre accueil

Tolles Haus von herzlichen Gastgebern!

Wir haben als Großfamilie 3 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Es begann mit dem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch die Eigentümer in einer sehr freundschaftlichen Atmosphäre. Das Haus und die Einrichtung wurde ausführlich erklärt - man merkt, dass die Eigentümer dort zeitweise selbst wohnen, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Was man wissen muss: der Garten grenzt an die Poolanlage des Feriendorfs. Dadurch hört man im August von 10-19h die Musik der Poolbar, in einer - für uns - nicht störenden Lautstärke sowie die spielenden Kinder und Jugendlichen. Wir haben die Tage in erster Linie am plage Vivier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Strand ist über einen schönen Fußweg in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends haben wir von der modernen und gut ausgestatteten Küche profitiert: Moderne Elektrogeräte und vielfältige Ausstattung an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, sehr gute, schnelle und vor allem herzliche Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern, es war sehr erholsam. Ich empfehle das Haus sehr und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location à recommander et à découvrir

Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de cette location. La location correspondait clairement à la description reprise sur Internet. Les propriétaires ont été bienveillants et ont su nous mettre dans les meilleures dispositions pour profiter pleinement de cette location. La location est proche (très proche) de la mer. La région ne manque pas d'endroits à visiter (Biscarosse plage, Arcachon, Bordeaux...). La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Compte tenu de la fréquentation importante durant l'été, la place de parking mise à disposition est un vrai bonheur pour se garer à proximité (à 2 mètres de l'entrée de la location !!!!). Grace aux propriétaires, ces 15 jours de vacances ont été un vrai bonheur. Location à recommander.

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans une location conforme à la description. Maison très bien située, pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage (très belle et grande plage à environs 10 minutes à pieds - plage du Vivier) et faire des restos, magasins et courses (Biscarosse plage - 20 minutes à pieds). Beaucoup de possibilité d'activités pour les jeunes et moins jeunes. Il y a bien un club de vacances situé à l'arrière de la maison mais pas dérangeant. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants.

Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für Familien mit Kindern ideal, da keine Durchgangsstraße. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt benutzt man besser das Fahrrad. Leider ist in den Ferienmonaten das nahe gelegene Feriencamp etwas laut.

Un séjour magnifique passé dans une maison équipé à la pointe de la technologie. Des hôtes souriants, très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est magnifique, joliment décorée et spacieuse, même les jours chauds d’été, une fraîcheur agréable y règne pour le bonheur de tous. L’endroit est parfait pour une famille sportive ou un grand groupe d’amis, les pistes cyclables sont à portée de main et des magnifiques endroits pour le surf sont à deux pas. La plage du Vivier, un peu moins fréquentée que les autres plages de la ville, n’est que bonheur. Une très agréable semaine passée dans la région, à refaire sans hésitations.

Magnifique location

Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines à 6 personnes dans cette location et tout s'est très bien déroulé. La maison est grande, bien aménagée, très propre et correspond en tous points aux photos et aux descriptifs. Les propriétaires sont des gens très agréables et serviables. Le Top!!

Nous avons passé, la semaine de fin d'année dans cette maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!! tout y est pour passer une semaine agréable, bien équipée sur tous les domaines, et le linge est fourni (draps, linge de toilette et torchons). ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand nous sommes une famille de 8 adultes et un enfant (ça fait ça de moins dans les bagages!) Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine printanière et avons pu profiter du barbecue .La plage et la forêt ne sont qu' à quelques pas, ça fait du bien pour se ressourcer, je finirais par des propriétaires très charmants, à l'écoute et très arrangeants, un grand merci à eux. Nous reviendront l'hiver prochain avec grand plaisir!

Très bon séjour dans cette belle villa.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa récente, située près de l'océan. Intérieur spacieux, cuisine parfaitement équipée et literie très confortable (même le garage est tapissé et carrelé!!!). Forêt, pistes cyclables et piétonnières " aux portes " de la maison. Propriétaires très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons dans cette location mais en période estivale afin de profiter d'un peu plus d'animations, surtout pour nos enfants.
