Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. Finding dried blood on the comforter and other overlooked areas, such as the rugs and bathroom, is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our standards. We'll be addressing these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The patio water buildup during the rain is also concerning, and we’ll investigate ways to improve drainage to prevent any safety hazards.
