The apartment has been completely renovated and consists of a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, a sofa bed that converts into a single bed, TV, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave and a balcony overlooking the lake and the historic center.A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.In the center of the corridor we find the completely new bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine and finally the bedroom with wardrobe.Air conditioning is present in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and multi-storey private parking complete the description of this beautiful apartment, located 400 meters and close to the lake.We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
