These original stables have now been converted to a completely self contained, ground level holiday rental affording comfort, excellent facilities with your own front door and commanding spectacular views of La Bonnieure river, aquatic wildlife, birds and countryside.

The lovely gardens comprise of four land islands intersected by the river and small tributaries which meander through the gradens and around the property.

Accommodation in the Riverside Apartment comprises:

One double bedroom with a super king size bed, or two single beds if preferred, bedside tables, drawer and hanging space plus a safety deposit box for client use (Free).
The large lounge area doubles as a second bedroom with a high quality Sofa bed which can sleep two persons comfortably.
The bathroom has a bath with shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and stool.
A separate WC has a wash basin.

The very spacious lounge/diner area, with Charente stone walling and oak beamed ceilings. Provided is a full size Sofa, (bed), Armchair, Coffee Table, Satellite TV/DVD and Free Wifi. Triple aspect windows provide views of the river and gardens. The Dining table seats 4 but can extend to six places.
The Kitchen has extensive units, Microwave, Electric oven, ceramic hob with hood over, plus washing machine and refrigerator, plus all cooking and eating facilities.
Property also has the benefit of underfloor central heating for colder periods of the year.

In Summer months a Hot Tub with good privacy levels is available for guests to use at small extra cost.
