Set in the very epicentre of this beautiful city, this buiding was originally the town home of one of it's most famous benefactors, and Mayor of Uzes between 1896-1908, Léonce Pascal.
Born in Saint-Victor-des-Oules, he went to Paris to seek his fortune, which he found in working for Aristide Boucicaut at "Le Bon Marché", returning in1875 with a clear taste for Parisien architecture.
Built with the design and style of a Paris "hôtel particulier", the property is immediately recognisable and distinct, with a stunning outlook onto the Ducal palace itself.
With a root and branch renovation in 2016, as well as installing compressorless air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully fitted kitchens, high speed internet, we sincerely hope you will find this property as captivating as we do.
