What makes this property unique
The Holiday Home Lamia Pieranna is located in Cisternino in Puglia in Contrada Restano, in the heart of the Valle d’Itria.
The property was converted from an old Lamia in calcareous stone, typical construction of rural architecture used for convenience as a home to those who went to the countryside to work the land or harvesting time, handed down from father to son in the passing of time.
Over the years it has been renovated and equipped with all the comforts and services to be habitable and recently it was decided to make it accessible for guests who want to experience the convenience of living in the countryside.
The main feature of this type of stone constructions is thermal insulation, thanks to the double thickness of the walls with which they are built, these homes are cool in summer and warm in winter. In any case, the air conditioning in this B & B allows you to adjust the temperature as people want.
The property is fully fenced and a driveway leading to the Holiday Home tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style and elegance. The holiday home has a spacious double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a living room with sofa bed for two people and a large bathroom with amenities.
Outside a large veranda with wooden roof ensures breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air protected from the sun. A long driveway leads to a large square where you park your car or comfortably sunbathe away from prying eyes.
Behind the structure is available our swimming pool, open 24 hours on 24 and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and all around many, many olive trees, an expanse out of sight of colors, smells and sounds typical of the Mediterranean area that make you forget everything that just before you surround.
