The property is detached and has been recently refurbished; the interior is newly decorated and very welcoming; the outside areas are perfectly kept and include a beautiful swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests, a gazebo and a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

This property is in an ideal location from which visit the most beautiful places in the region such as Ostuni, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Lecce and the beautiful sea that surrounds Puglia. The eastern coast of Puglia is roughly 25km away and the west coast is roughly 40km away.

The house was absolutely wonderful – it had everything you could possibly need and more for a perfect stay. Clean, tidy, with beautiful details throughout. The outdoor area was stunning: a lovely covered space where we enjoyed breakfast and did some crafts with our son, a spacious and well-maintained garden, and of course the great swimming pool where we spent countless hours – even in the evenings thanks to the pool lights. Communication with the owners was excellent. They responded quickly to our questions, even giving advice on medical matters and checking in afterwards to see how things went. They kindly invited us to their home for a drink and some snacks, while always being very respectful of our privacy. They let us know whenever they would be coming to maintain the garden and pool, and always did this early in the morning while we were still asleep. When we mentioned we would appreciate some extra blankets, Vita (the owner) brought them over that very same morning. Loved it

Fantastic property and exactly like the pictures on the website. We travelled around Puglia for a few days before we stayed at the villa for a week. We were able to get into the villa a little earlier because we were already in the area. We met Vita and her husband, who took us to the villa. It was exactly what we hoped for, quite and secluded, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring the different towns and village in Puglia but coming back to the villa to cool off in the pool and chill out under the gazebo. We were able to pick the cherries and lemons from the trees, which are scattered around the property. This was a really nice bonus. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a base to stay but also to enjoy some relaxing quite time at the pool.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort auf dieser Welt! Wirklich traumhaft, besser als online auf den Bildern.Sehr ruhig. San Michele ist mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele weitere Trullis und Ferienhäuser in der Nachbarschaft. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Für uns mit Hund war das auch sehr entspannt. Sehr zentral gelegen, um Städte und Strände zu erkunden. Danke an Vita und Giacomo für den unaufgeregten und sehr guten Kontakt und Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts.

Un petit coin de paradis à l'abri des regards au milieu des oliviers. Quel plaisir ces quelques jours passés dans le calme et la beauté des lieux. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine en plein mois d'avril. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions : le panier garni avec les produits des producteurs locaux, le frigo rempli avec lait, jus et compotes pour les enfants. La machine à café professionnelle et la possibilité de profiter des citrons du citronnier du jardin. Merci beaucoup c'était parfait et l'extérieur est vraiment magnifique comme sur les photos ! ❤️

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Umschwung.Wunderschöne, gut besonnte Lage in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage mitten in einer Olivenplantage. Die Zufahrt führt allerdings durch enge Wege mit zeitweise spitzigen Sträuchern, welche an unserem etwas grösseren Auto - trotz geringer Geschwindigkeit - seitlich den Autolack zerkratzt haben.Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit etwas altertümlichem Mobiliar und recht guter Ausstattung. Als Willkommensgeschenk wurden uns zahlreiche Spezialitäten aus Apulien bereitgestellt. Zudem fanden wir in Küche und Bad Abwaschmittel, Geschirrspül-Tabs, Handseife, Waschmittel und sogar Duschmittel vor. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Allerdings erwies sich die WLAN-Qualität für uns als unbrauchbar, da die Verbindung immer wieder unterbrochen wurde. Zudem hatten wir ab dem zweiten Tag kein Warmwasser mehr. Und am letzten Tag floss wegen leerer Zisterne überhaupt kein Wasser mehr aus den Wasserhähnen, worauf wir uns an den Eigentümer gewandt haben, der innert kürzester Zeit an Ort und Stelle war. Hier wäre es sicher von Vorteil, wenn der Vermieter den Wasserstand sporadisch kontrollieren würde.Einige wenige Utensilien haben wir vermisst, wie z.B. eine Knoblauchpresse oder ein Fleischmesser. Was uns am allermeisten gestört hat, ist die Invasion an kleinen Ameisen auf der Küchentheke. Diese liesse sich stark einschränken, wenn all die Ritzen und Löcher in der Nähe des Herdes und seitlich am Küchenschrank einfach mit etwas Silikon gestopft würden.Etwas harte Betten, und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer liess sich sehr schwer schliessen.Schöner, gepflegter, eingezäunter Garten, umgeben von Oliven- und anderen Bäumen. Gedeckter Gartensitzplatz mit grossem Holztisch und Aussendusche.Leider wurde der Pool während unserer Ferienwoche (trotz des recht hohen Wochenpreises) nie mit dem Pool-Roboter gereinigt. Dies ist eine Dienstleistung, die in andern Ferienhäusern mit Pool immer erbracht wird. Wir wären auch gerne bereit gewesen, die Reinigung selber durchzuführen, sofern uns das Gerät zur Verfügung gestellt worden wäre. Weiter fiel die Hydromassage-Funktion ab dem dritten Tag einfach aus, was wir sehr bedauert haben.Grosses Badezimmer, funktionelle Dusche und gut funktionierende Waschmaschine.Ja, wir durften den Eigentümer jederzeit kontaktieren. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat gut funktioniert.

A lovely, private, 2 bedroom villa, perfect for a couple or small family, beautifully landscaped grounds and private swimming pool, with a lovely cabana. Located on a very quiet road, near the small town of San Michele Salentino, which has a number of very good restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We spent two weeks at this villa and found it to be quiet and enjoyable with lovely furnishings and an up to date kitchen, with everything one needs for self catering. The area is perfect for long walks and bicycle rides. It is convenient to Ostuni and the many other lovely "white towns" of Southern Puglia and not a long drive to the coast, with lovely beach towns. Vita and Giacomo were perfect hosts, greeting us with a basket of Puglian goodies, and wine. They were responsive and caring. We enjoyed meeting them, they told us everything we needed to know about the area. We wished we could have stayed longer. Forse l'anno prossimo!

Super schöne Villa ca. 2 km außerhalb . Durch Alarmanlage und automatisches Tor gut gesichert. Wenig Nachbarn, nur Tiere. Toller Garten mit gut bewässerten Rasen / Blumen. Eigene Ernte von Feigen, Granatapfel und Kaki. Prima Ausstattung in Küche und Bad. Vermieterin spricht gut englisch - kein deutsch. Kontakt über Whats App sehr zügig. Pool leider nicht beheizt und daher jetzt schon sehr kalt. Mülltrennung und Abholung kompliziert. Bessere Erläuterung ( gerne als Ausdruck auf deutsch ) im Haus von Vorteil. Keinerlei Handtuchhaken im Bad - im Sommer sicher o.k. , aber im Oktober wird es nachts schon zu kühl um draußen zu trocknen.

Villa exceeded our expectations in all aspects and Vita and family are excellent hosts. We enjoyed beautiful weather for a late September stay so were able to relax in the garden and pool area as well as taking advantage of the central location to visit most of gorgeous Southern Puglia without the summer crowds!

La vacanza perfetta

Bellissima vacanza in Puglia! Abbiamo passato bellissima settimana visitando le spiagge con il mare cristallino e le città uniche come Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce. La casa si trova in una zona tranquillissima appena fuori da San Michele Salentino dove ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (farmacia, supermercato, tabaccaio ecc). Tutto circondato da ulivi e giardini. La proprietà è protetta dalla siepe che garantisce la privacy e il relax. Bellissimo giardino molto curato pieno di fiori ed alberi di frutta che si poteva raccogliere. Siamo tornati a casa con i limoni profumatissimi! La piscina va benissimo sia per i grandi anche per i piccini ! Ampi spazi intorno alla piscina per prendere il sole o riposare all'ombra . La casa è molto curata,pulitissima e completamente attrezzata. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e funzionanti, Due camere da letto non sono grandissime , fatte in stile tradizionale,letti comodi con tutta la biancheria disponibile. Volevamo ringraziare i proprietari Vita e Giacomo per l'ospitalità, gentilezza e impegno. Ci hanno accolto con tutto il cuore. Possiamo consigliare questa bellissima casa sia per le famiglie con i bimbi anche per le copie che cercano la privacy e relax.

La casa è bellissima! Si trova in una zona tranquillissima appena fuori da San Michele Salentino, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. I proprietari Vita e Giacomo sono stati veramente gentilissimi e molto ospitali. La proprietà corrisponde alle foto. Il giardino è curato e pieno di fiori ed alberi di frutta che tra l'altro si poteva raccogliere. La piscina non è grandissima ma è molto bella e ci siamo divertititi con i bambini. Ampi spazi per rilassarsi fuori. Ci sono le biciclette disponibili per tutta la famiglia. La casa è completamente attrezzata, ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa aspirapolvere , lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde. La pulizia assoluta dappertutto. Consiglio questa casa sia per le famiglie anche per le coppie che cercano la tranquillità e relax.

Sehr netter, informativer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Garten und der Pool ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub richtig genossen. It was the most perfect villa, very modern, clean and with all the comforts you would need. Very spacious and beautiful pool and garden. We absolutely loved it. Vita and Giacomo were excellent hosts and extremely helpful and responsive. It is one of the nicest villas we haved stayed in.
