This barn conversion is in the hamlet of Strubby near to Louth and can sleep three people in one bedroom.
Berry Barn is a barn conversion situated in the hamlet of Strubby just ten miles from Louth in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom with an en-suite and a snug room with sofa bed. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Berry Barn is a fantastic base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Two well behaved pets welcomed.
Amenities: LPG central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, WiFi. Off-road parking for 1 car. Private enclosed patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. Sorry, no smoking. Secure bike storage. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings on the first floor with some restricted head room. Note: Due to location, WiFi can be intermittent.
