Two bedroom apartment located in one of the most sought after areas of the island. Although it belongs to the municipality of step really in the Llanos. With wonderful sea and mountain. fully furnished and all the necessary utensils to stay comfortably in. He has dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, hob 4.
The master bedroom with double bed, with wardrobe and exit to the terrace.
The other bedroom with two beds of 90 by 2 meters long. also with your wardrobe
A living room comfortable and functional kitchen with exit to the main entrance to the terrace

Perfect Location to enjoy La Palma

The Accomodation is perfect located to start different tours into the Caldera, offers a wonderful view over Los Llanos, El Paso and the West Coast and has everything, what you need to enjoy the holiday in La Palma. Thanks to Monica, everything was arranged and she even helped us to plan and book some activities. Thanks a lot - we will come back !!!

Alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und teilweise überdacht. Superblick über das Aridanetal mit El Paso und Los Llanos zu den Vulkanen und zum Meer, bei klarem Wetter ist auch El Hierro gut zu sehen. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vollständiger Küchenausstattung. Die Betten sind gut.

Very pleasant, quiet and with good views

The flat is spotlessly clean and has a good position overlooking Los Llanos with lovely views. It is very peaceful in the apartment as you are away from any main roads. As is typical in La Palma the furnishings are fairly basic but adequate. The TV is actually a computer monitor but as it only shows Spanish or German stations this was not a bother. The flat is one of 4 or 5 in the block and the pool is shared. The owner Monica lives in one of the flats, is very nice and does not interfere at all.

Bei schönem Wetter traumhaft

Leider machte uns das Wetter ein Strich durch die Rechnung - fast immer tiefhängende Wolken, die einem die sonst tolle Aussicht versperrten. Sehr schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung (mit Ausnahme fehlender Kleiderhaken oder Garderobe). Eigenes Auto mehr als ratsam, da man doch vom Zentrum weit weg ist. Dafür hat man Ruhe und kann schnell in die Caldera gelangen ( 10 Minuten Fußweg). Schöner Pool. Was uns nicht klar war, dass es sich um 5 Wohneinheiten handelt, die sich den Pool teilen. Man kann die Wohnung (das haus) aber insgesamt sehr gut empehlen. Wir wollen wieder kommen, da auch gute Betreuung und schnelle Unterstützung, durch Monica (z.B. schnelles Vorbeibringen ein Heitlüfters, wir hatten Baby dabei).

Fantastischer Blick

Mit fantastischem Blick auf Los Llanos, die Berge und das Meer gelegenes Appartement, das klimatisch so gut platziert ist, dass selbst bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen auf der Insel dort noch die Sonne scheint. Moderne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die sehr nette Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und erfüllt, sofern machbar, jeden Wunsch. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Han sido unos.dias perfectos. El apartamento muy limpio. Todo tal como se describe al reservar.. Necesitamos una plancha y alguna otra cosa e inmediatamente nos la facilitaron. siempre disponibles.. Por su ubicacion es ideal para descansar y tambien para poder hacer todo tipo de actividades..(playa .senderismo.. ..)
