Wonderful time in London. Great locations, place is nice, clean and comfortable. Host provided excellent suggestion for places near by.Will plan to retirn in a future.
Great property .. convenient to the tube and loads of food options. Fabio was great with all the communication and even let us check in early as we got in the UK really early in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
Fabio took care of us very well during our stay. This place was so convenient to Earls Court station as well as many restaurants.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was one of our best vacations. We loved the apartment which is conveniently located near all. Fabio our host went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant! Would stay here again.
We highly recommend this property. The location is absolutely fantastic! (Literally steps from the Earl's Court station.) And, the apartment had everything we needed for an excellent stay!! Highly recommended!!

It makes us very pleased to received feedback from our guest and in particular to know that they found the housing very convenient and close to call home!
We will continue to make our best effort to improve our guest's experiences and to take on board all constructive feedback. Many thanks
This was a great place to stay for a week. Super close to the Earl's Court underground station and lots of nearby restaurants. There was a bit of street noise at night, but a white noise app on my phone took care of that quite easily.
The location couldn’t be better. Under a minute walk to Earl’s Court Tube Station which has both District and Piccadilly lines. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. Grocery store and pharmacy under a 3 minute walk. The AC unit in the apartment dripped water almost immediately after turning it on but the owner said this would be taken care of promptly. Street light right outside the bedroom window. Overall probably 4.5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely stay again because of access to the tube and amenities so close by.
Nicely updated unit with antique furnitures. Convenient location by the Earl’s Court Underground, restaurants, and stores. The only downside is the noise from the street at night
Great except required two flights of stairs. Separate a/c and heat systems needed instructions

Our portal shows the location of the apartment including the floor is in. It is appreciated all comments from our guests and of course all manuals for air conditioning and underfloor heating will be completed and including as part of our welcome notes.
Happy to continue assisting our guest in town!
Good place with all forniture. The flat is comfortable for max 3 people.
A suggestment is to do something to make the temperature cooler because windows, when it's sunny, make the apartment very hot
Absolutely perfect location to travel throughout London by underground. You are literally accross the street from Earls Court station. Tons of places to eat or takeout from within 2 blocks. Check in was great and the host Fabio gave us great tips for local venues to check out. Great modern kitchen and bathroom. The only issues are that furniture has some wear and tear and the pullout bed is not really funtional for 2 people....but the kids made do.
I read the reviews before I booked, so I was aware that people said it was noisy, but having lived in Paris, I had the hubris to disregard the comments. I was wrong, lol. It is excessively noisy just in front of the apartment, and I can’t figure out why because this is a great neighborhood. The location is perfect, and Fabio is a very good host with clear communication. I just couldn’t deal with the noise because we had to keep the windows open. If jackhammer-level noise in the middle of the night doesn’t bother you, and REALLY think about that, this is a great place to stay.
Fantastic location across street from Earls Court tube. Great little neighborhood with grocery, dining and drinking within walking distance. It is a busy street with the tube right there so it was loud but we used ear plugs and it was fine. Not bar scene loud just people traveling and vehicles. Was as described. We enjoyed being in a hub and the room is great for people watching. We ate breakfast in our room and were out most days exploring. The room was neat and tidy, bathroom newly renovated same as kitchen. Bed was comfy as was the pull out couch (says our kid). Two small kids could fit nicely but not two teenagers. Quick responses from owner and suggestions on dining and coffee were on spot! All amenities you could ever need. We stayed early August so it wasn’t too hot and there were 2 a/c rotating fans. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
The apartment is beautifully put together. There was lots room for our family of 3. Dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, microwave, stove, all the cooking utensils. Radiant floor heating was a wonderful surprise. Endless hot water and large towel warmer, silky sheets, warm down comforters, full size fridge and freezer. It’s on a busy road but you get 3 bakeries, 2 groceries, endless restaurants all within a few steps of the apartment. It was so easy to pop 2 doors down for croissants and lattes at Paula’s to wake up the family. (There’s also A/C for summer)
Fabio accommodated our family so many times. We had to switch our travel dates twice. He did everything he could to help us keep our vacation together. He was also very responsive- answering immediately. Haven’t had a better experience on VRBO. He’s a really wonderful host.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Listing is accurate aside from the ability to sleep 4 people. The fold down couch is listed as a double bed.....it is not, even if you take into account "European" sizes (I measured). As such, we were forced to get creative with sleeping arrangements with our two children, moving the love seat over to extend the size and we literally slept half on the couch, half on the love seat for five nights. The day we were to arrive, the host sent a message stating the A/C unit was leaking and to only use the fan as this would be sufficient to cool the unit. It was not. We specifically booked the unit for the A/C, knowing Earl's Court would be noisy. He later said it would be ok to put towels down and run the A/C. This proved impossible, as a constant flow of water would run down the walls after two hours, even on low, and we didn't want to risk damaging the apartment. The unit was serviced on our third day, but still leaked, and we still did not feel comfortable using it. The host was mostly prompt in responding, but this has apparently been an issue since early July. Had we known, we would have booked accommodations elsewhere. Great location. Noisy at night with the windows open, as expected. Would've given 4 stars if not for the sleeping arrangement and A/C unit issues.
You can see the Earl's Court tube station from the windows in the apartment! Earl's Court station gives direct access to the Piccadilly and District Lines, plus multiple buses just outside the main door of the apartment. We received clear email instructions leading up to our arrival, along with recommendations in the area for restaurants and services. We enjoyed a few meals at the Blackbird and groceries from M&S Food hall. The apartment is spacious and clean, the beds were all comfortable. My adult daughter slept on the sofa bed in the main room and found it very comfortable! The bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable after a full day of sightseeing! At night, we opened up the windows to cool down the apartment for sleeping. There is a good amount of noise from the street, but that did not keep us from sleeping. Something to be aware of, as you are on a main street! We found it very easy to get on the tube or to walk where we needed to go. We had tickets to a show at Royal Albert Hall, and we walked to and from the venue, and I think it was faster than taking the bus as traffic gets busy in the area. We had been travelling for a week when we arrived, so we very much appreciated the laundry facilities. There are a few flights of stairs from the ground level to the apartment but got use to that quickly. For our departure, we got on the Piccadilly line and rode it to Heathrow for a few pounds each! Next time I am in London I will look to stay here again!

Charming apartment!
First of all Fabio was an excellent host! Very informative and on the spot with any issue.
We enjoyed our stay at this little apartment. So close to Earls Court tube and next door to Pauls Bakery, so handy for coffee and delicious food! The bedroom had lots of storage and a very comfortable bed. The well planned kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook, including a small dishwasher. Cozy, pleasant living space and modern bathroom with a full bath.
Things to consider: It is a bit noisy! Its on Earls Court road so were expecting that but definitely need ear plugs to sleep. The living space could use a coffee table as there is nowhere to put down your cup of tea or glass of wine if you are seated there. The bath was hard to fill with hot water, but we figured out to run the water til it was cold, wait about 10 mins and run the hot water again. Then perfect. Did tell Fabio and think this may be fixed now. All in all a great stay and the location for the tube cant be beat!!
Thank you Fabio.

Fabio
We had a great stay at Fabio's apartment. The location was convenient to the Underground, stores, restaurants, pubs & many great places to visit. We enjoyed being in the heart of a great neighborhood & would recommend this location near Earl's Court. We really enjoyed Maroush (Lebanese food), Jimmy's Grill, The Prince of Tek, & Paul (delicious bakery). We bought groceries at the local shops- Co-op, Sainsburys, and M & S Foodhall, which made it easy to eat breakfast in our apartment. The bathroom was fantastic (great towels) & the bed was a good size. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and a drying rack available. Fabio was great with communication & came and replaced a lightbulb during our stay. The listing said there was a microwave, but there wasn't one. It limited what we could purchase from the grocery store & our ability to re-heat leftovers. The air conditioner did not work very well. We had to hunt to find the remote for it & while it helped cool things off a bit, it was very drippy (& probably in need of a good cleaning). It was unusually warm & there were fans, which helped. The couches could be replaced- old, stained, & falling apart. There was street noise, so we bought ear plugs. It would be nice to have a simple list of how to use all of the appliances & where to find remotes, etc. Lots of steps (in case you have mobility issues).Overall we would recommend this area & apartment! Thanks, Fabio!

Dear Shaun,
Thank you for your comments and feedback. We're glad to hear the apartment served as a good base for your stay.
We are continuously upgrading the facilities in the apartment, including replacing the microwave. The air conditioning unit is scheduled for servicing; in the meantime, tower fans have been provided for your comfort.
The apartment features two sets of antique couches that contribute to its unique character. These are covered with blankets, which are intended to enhance both comfort and preservation.
We strive to provide a clear and full description of the apartment, including its second-floor location, so that guests are aware of the stair access.
Our goal is to continue offering a welcoming space that our guests can truly feel at home in while visiting the area.
Warm regards,
We stayed in this property for almost 18 days and we could not say enough positive things from the convenience of the location to the very helpful host.
The flat or apartment itself is well stocked with all necessities needed for a multiple week stay. The bed and 'newer' sofa convertible bed was comfortable and ample for our needs with two kids. The kitchen was convenient and the washing machine was a bonus. Though there was a day that the dishwasher was leaking but Fabio and his charming wife was on top of everything.
Fabio also gave us a list of tips for both food adventure and sightseeing. His recommendations was a nice touch as we were by no means experts in the are but his list gave us a sense of where we are.
Across the street is the ever convenient Underground station of Earl's Court which took us everywhere from Wimbeldon to Tower Bridge.
Safety was high on our list travelling with kids and the location was not so bad. Being in the center of everything, expect some street noise and some nights were more rowdy than others but we never felt alarmed since we do understand that this is the price for being in the middle of everything.
Anyway, I do look forward to future stays as we do love London and we hope to use this flat again.
Thank you Fabio and Yolly for the kind accomodations!
Our journey was absolutely marvelous. We were exactly on Earl’s Court Station and minutes away from a lot of attractions. Thanks to our rental manager who solved any problem rapidly. Absolument fantastique!!

Why they chose this property
Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great cosmopolitan area whilst enjoying the comfort of a safe and modern place where all facilities are to the guest's disposition.
What makes this property unique
Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city. I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area. An exciting space facing the front of the building and overlooking the vibrant neighbourhood. The modern apartment flooded with natural light and fully equipped with comfortable furnishing will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families with kids or groups of friends -four max - where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweigh those of a hotel.
