Wohnen am Strand

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in ruhiger Lage fußläufig am langen Sandstrand, den man schnell durch einen schmalen Pinienhain entlang des Hauses erreicht. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern/2 ensuite Duschbädern ist sie gut geeignet für 2 Paare. Der private Parkplatz liegt bequem vor dem Eingang. Die Terrasse bietet einen großzügigen Essplatz, eine Sitzecke und zwei Liegestühle mit einer Rundumaussicht auf Strand, Meer, Berge und Nachbarorte. Sicherlich eine der besten Lagen in Argelès.

Absolut perfekt !

Wir mieten seit ca 20 Jahren Ferienhäuser und Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich. Aber dieses Objekt ist bisher unangefochten an der Spitze! Die Wohnung ist von Lage, Qualität und Ausstattung auf top Niveau. Die Küche ist "mit allem" ausgestattet. Sauberkeit wie Zuhause. Man fühlt sich ab der ersten Minute einfach wohl. Der private Außenstellplatz ist direkt vorm Haus und ist extra breit. Zugang zur Wohnung ist sogar barrierefrei (sehr flache Rampe am Zugang zum Haus und Lift zur Wohnung). Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm und nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Fabulous location between the sea and the mountains

The apartment had everything that we needed to stay for a couple of weeks. Amazing location, and obviously so quiet at this time of the year. No tourists, not many small businesses open, that said, we cater for ourselves and the supermarkets had everything that we needed. Will return in the future if possible.

Eine moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in sehr ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und äußerst großzügig, was Check in bzw. Check out betrifft. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, so dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden.

Nice apartment, good location

The apartment was as described, communication with Veronique was excellent, and the added food in the fridge was a welcome surprise. My only criticism is that it was less than clean. I cleaned the floors, showers and balcony on our arrival.

Tolle Ferienwohnung an einem traumhaften Strand

Toll eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die traumhafte Aussicht und die riesige Terrasse sind genial. Die Küche ist modern und neuartig, Wäsche waschen ist problemlos möglich. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, das fanden wir super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens. Eines Tages kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Vacances familiales géniales

Nous avons réservé les 2 appartements de Véronique ; ce qui nous a permis de séjourner avec enfants et petits enfants. Les appartements sont très sympas : modernes, calmes, lumineux, très bien équipés avec des terrasses grandioses tant par la taille que la vue qu'elles offrent. Nous ne ferons que des éloges sur l'accueil et la gentillesse de Véronique. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances et recommandons sans aucune hésitation ces adresses. Appartement top emplacement top!!!

Appartement ou rien ne manque (même la place de parking est réservée) avec une superbe terrasse en front de mer sur le côté calme avec commerces au pied de l’immeuble. En 20 secondes à la plage que demander de plus !!!!

Accueil parfait de notre hôte qui nous attendait avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue bien sympathique. Nous n'avons trouvé aucun défaut à cet appartement tout juste parfait. Chaque soir, nous étions heureux d'y rentrer pour la vue à couper le souffle. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Semaine parfaite !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ! L'appartement se situe dans une résidence sécurisée récente. Il est très bien équipé et propre à notre arrivée. Notre arrivée était autonome. Les contacts avec Véronique sont faciles. Véronique est une personne sympathique et disponible. Une gentille attention nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons !!!!

Excellent séjour

Un appartement vraiment agréable, décoré et aménagé avec goût, bien équipé... et une terrasse idyllique offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer et les levés de soleil ! L'emplacement est également parfait, l'appartement n'étant séparé de la plage que par une forêt de pins qui ajoute encore au charme. Merci à Véronique pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
