The "Apartamento casa Anny 2" is a paradisiacal place of total relaxation, enjoying the panoramic view to the sea, the nature of Madeira and has a very peaceful relax. The house is close to a small road in hills down from Arco da Calheta surrounded by typical Madeira banana plantation of farm houses. The character of the studio is underlined with a traditional pagoda and outside terrace, sun loungers and table with chairs for a fantastic 'al fresco lunch'. The studio inside has a large space (open space); a complete modern kitchen, sofa, a modern double bed and a bathroom with shower. It has a private road parking space outside. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Situated in a very nice part in Arco da Calheta with a beautiful view over the ocean and the mountains where you get a good look at the life of the locals, see them work in the banana plantation.

Madeira wunderbar erleben

Wir erhofften 14 Tage schönes Wetter und beeindruckende Landschaft.Wir bekamen beides. Das Haus war gut zu finden. Der Empfang war herzhaft und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und entsprach sowohl unseren Wünschen als auch der Beschreibung. Der beste "Raum" war die Terrasse. Im deutschen Winter draußen sitzen und die Landschaft genießen zu können, war einfach herzerwärmend.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Einkauf konnte per Auto - ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich! - einfach. Dank der guten Lage des Ortes konnten alle Ziele - also die ganze Insel - gut erreicht werden. An den Straßenverkehr und das kreative Parkverhalten muss man sich gewöhnen. Dann kommt man entspannt voran. Und es lohnt sich die vielen Ausblicke zu erkunden, von den Levadas in den Bergen bis zu der Brandung am Atlantik.Zurück zur Wohnung. Wir hatten für zwei Personen sehr viel Platz. Für vier reicht es sicherlich auch. Die nahegelegene Straße ist auch im Schlafzimmer gut hörbar. Uns störte es nicht, da wir auch nicht die Tage verschlafen wollten. Nachts bellende Hunde gab, aber auch das war problemlos. Die Baustellen waren tatsächlich an zwei Tagen etwas lästig. Das war aber nichts, was durch eine Fahrt an den Strand nicht geheilt werden konnte.Damit ist es eine sehr gute Wohnung in guter Lage - mitten im realen Leben von Madeira.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen.

Schönes Appartement, gute Abwicklung, nette Gastgeber. Ganz aktuell: ein neues Restaurant mit Bar in etwa 100 m Entfernung.

Muy romántico

Es un apartamento muy bonito y muy original con sus vigas de madera. Tiene todo para hacer la estancia agradable. La terraza da vistas al mar y a los campos de plátanos, que es muy tranquilizador. Jesus, su mujer y su hija muy majos y muy generosos
