Das Glanzstück der Wohnung ist die 40 qm-große sonnige Dachterrasse. Genießen Sie sowohl tagsüber wie auch nachts den einmaligen Panoramablick über die Stadt und die typisch galizische Ria-Landschaft mit der Mündung des Lérez Flusses.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist strategisch sehr günstig: man ist in wenigen Fußminuten in der Altstadt von Pontevedra und durch die 1,5 Km entfernte Autobahn welche Galicien von Norden bis Süden verbindet, können Sie Vigo in 15 Minuten, Portugal in 35 Minuten und Santiago de Compostela in 40 Minuten schnell und ohne Stadtverkehr erreichen.
