The Portico is a two-room flat 2/3 beds (3rd bed is designed for kids under 12 years of age with a sofa bed in the living room kitchen), composed of: living room and kitchenette, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, built to meet the needs of the disabled.

The old stone farmhouse, completely renovated, is in the magic countryside of the first tuscan hills, studded by little medieval hamlets (we remind the characteristic Campagnatico, mentioned by Dante Alighieri). The property is situated in the heart of the Maremma, 26 km from the sea, 35 km from the mountains and 12 km from the city of Grosseto.
The farm offers relaxing holidays in unspoiled nature, ideal to discover the flavors, colors and sounds of the beautiful land of Maremma, to admire the beautiful coastline (the Parco dell'Uccellina, Argentario, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punt ' Ala), or primary tourist centers important for their Etruscan monuments, medieval and Renaissance (the thermal baths of Saturnia, Massa Marittima, Sovana, Pitigliano, Etruscan necropolis of Roselle and Vetulonia, Siena, as well as Florence, Rome, Pisa etc.).
The farm covers an area of ​​about eighty hectares and offers tastings of local natural products, such as extra-virgin olive oil (flavor most praised of Tuscany), wine, honey; is located near the route "Wine routes, hills of Maremma", ideal route to enjoy the fine wine of the area.
