For those who want to explore the hinterland, our apartment is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful Etruscan villages such as Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano. Scansano is a "must" for wine connoisseurs, Siena can be reached in just 60 km. Massa Marittima, Capalbio, Monte Argentario, the Terme di Saturnia and Petriolo and much more are all worth a day trip. Even Rome and Florence can be reached in about 2 hours by car.

Zwei Wochen auf dem Land

Wir verbrachten mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem 9-jährigen Jungen die letzten zwei Wochen bei Christina. Wir haben diese Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt zwar auf dem Land, aber mit dem Auto ist Grosseto mit all seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Strand von Principina a Mare sind es 35 Minuten. Es ist eine gute Basis für Tagesausflüge in die Gegend. Auch, wenn man den Tag am Haus verbringt, kann man ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool im Garten nehmen. Der große Garten bietet aufgrund der hohen Bäume viele schattige Plätzchen zum ausruhen und chillen. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich und ideal zum Entschleunigen. Die kleine Küche bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Wenn man möchte, kann man im Garten mit den beiden Hunden spielen, die sehr freundlich sind. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub <3

Wunderbare 2 Wochen !

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Christina und ihr Mann sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Ein großer Garten mit Terrasse und Pool, sowie ein Parkplatz standen uns alleine zur Verfügung. Trotz abgeschiedener Lage des Hauses sind alle Infrastrukturen und das Meer sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.

Toller Ferienunterkunft

Sehr schöne und stilvoll eingerichtet Ferienunterkunft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Den Garten hat man quasi für sich allein. Die Vermieter wohnen auch dort, aber man hat sie so gut wie nie gesehen. Wenn man Fragen hatte, waren sie aber stets hilfsbereit. Genauso wie es sein soll. Es gibt zwei Hunde dort, die, wenn man es will, frei umherlaufen. Sie sind sehr lieb und unsere Kinder (eigentlich keine Hunde gewöhnt) haben mit ihnen sehr gern gespielt. Der Pool im Garten ist schön groß, aber etwas kalt, da unbeheizt. Als Abkühlung bei der Hitze aber perfekt. Zum Strand fährt man von dort etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde, was bei der ruhigen Lage des Hause voll in Ordnung ist. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft, die ihren Preis mehr als wert ist. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Alles was man braucht, zum Wohlfühlen

Erholung pur. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Christina und Toni sind sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Man kann die beiden über Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten ausfragen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Vacanza di puro relax e felicità

La casa di Toni e Christina è un vero regno di pace. Rispondente all’annuncio e anche migliorata rispetto allo stesso. Abbiamo goduto di una settimana di puro relax. Lo spazio esterno ha permesso a tutti noi di rinfrescarci e divertirci facendo bagno in piscina, di rilassarci sulle sdraio al sole o sulle amache all’ombra, di gustare cene e pranzi all’aperto cucinando nel barbecue. Poco distante dai piccoli borghi circostanti, da Grosseto e da diverse località di mare. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti, dandoci la possibilità di usufruire dell’orto, dei vasi/cespugli di piante aromatiche e degli alberi da frutto. Gradita la possibilità di acquistare latte appena munto dalla vicina di casa. Siamo tornati rigenerati... nostra figlia ha già chiesto di tornarci. Grazie di cuore ad Antonio e Christina per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

Alles Super! Sehr Freundliche Gastgeber Familie echt Super nette Leute. Unterkunft 1A und vor allem für Familien geeignet. Tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten, herrlichen Landschaften , tolle Begegnungen. Rühiges Objekt mit viel Platz im Garten

Wir konnten dort unsere Tage unbeschwert und in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen. Es liegt etwas abseits mit nur einem Nachbarn. Der Gesamteindruck ist real besser als man auf den Fotos vermutet. Allein die Klimananlage entäuschte. Sie ist nur in einem Schlafzimmer effektiv einsetzbar. Insgesamt gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, inmitten der Toscana

Wir haben zu viert, 2 schöne Wochen in der Toscana verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, ausserhalb von Arcille gelegen. Der Garten und die Terasse sind traumhaft schön. Den Pool haben die Kinder oft zum erfrischen genutzt. In der Zeit als wir dort waren (August 2018) war es sehr warm (ca 29-34C). Deshalb war die Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer eine gute Abkühlung für die Nächte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten noch unseren Toaster dabei. Wir haben in unserem Urlaub Städte besichtigt und waren auch am Meer. Es hat uns gut gefallen! Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter Toni, er ist stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Good place to rest in a agricultural environment

This realy is a nice place to find rest and to relax. The house has everything that is needed for this. The area is quiet and agricultural. A car is needed to discover the beautiful Tuscany or to go to the beach. Two nice cats will visit you, begging for food, every time you eat outside. And (very rarely) the sound and smell of the cows of the farm nearby will reach your ears and nose. The inside of the house is well protected against the mosquitoes, but if you sit outside, you must take care of your own protection.

nur schönwettertauglich

Das Haus liegt außerhalb des kleinen Örtchens Arcille, etwa 25 min. Fußweg. Oder 5 min. mit dem Auto. Und ein Auto braucht man hier unbedingt. Es gibt sonst weit und breit keine Läden, Restaurants, ja nicht einmal Nachbarn. Wer also die Einsamkeit sucht, … Das Haus ist geräumig und hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche, ist allerdings relativ dunkel und kühl. Was im Hochsommer bei 35 Grad im Schatten natürlich ein Vorteil ist. Wir hatten das Pech im Mai ungewöhnlich niedrige Temperaturen und ungewöhnlich viel Regen zu haben. Das führte dazu, dass es im Haus - vor allem abends - klamm und feucht war. Einzige Heizmöglichkeit ist ein mit Holz zu beheizender Ofen, den wir allerdings nicht in Gang bekommen hatten, was evtl. auch an dem zu feuchten Holz lag. Die Vermieter, Toni und Christina sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bemüht, einem das Leben dort so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Als wir einmal einen Stromausfall hatten, hat Toni die Sache innerhalb kürzester Zeit geregelt. Es fällt mir nicht leicht eine sinnvolle Gesamtbewertung zu schreiben, da wir mit Wetter offensichtlich Pech hatten. Bei heißem Wetter im Hochsommer ist es vermutlich schön dort (wenn man die Einsamkeit und Ruhe liebt) aber in kühlerer Jahreszeit ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - wunderbare Landschaft

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort für 10 Tage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Toskana. Das Haus ist sauber, der Garten riesig. Es gibt Hängematten - und für die Kinder Tiere in der Nachbarschaft :-) Ein kleines Minus: Da es noch sehr frisch war über Ostern, hatten wir abends manchmal etwas kalt - hier hat uns aber der kleine Holzofen gute Dienste geleistet!! :-) Ich kann den Urlaub hier nur weiterempfehlen!!

Sehr empfehlenswert: viel Garten, gute Wohnung, angenehmes Ambiente, ruhige Gegend... Wir waren zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung, sie ist komplett ausgestattet, die Vermieter stets zur Stelle und sehr engagiert. Super zum entspannen in einer Ferienwohnung im toskanischen Land.

Kleines Paradies auf dem Land

Trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage hat diese Ferienwohnung einen außerordentlichen Charme!Liegt auch an der liebevollen Einrichtung mit netten Details,toll ausgestatteter Küche und der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer:)die Terrasse,der Garten und der pool lassen keine Wünsche offen,wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!Ausflüge in jede Richtung sind gut möglich,der Strand liegt zwar nicht um die Ecke aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Jederzeit wieder!

Superbes vacances en maremme

Belle location pour passer du bon temps. La maison est propre, fraîche et agréable. Le grand jardin est bien aménagé avec piscine très appréciée des enfants. La mer avec belle plage de sable (libre) est à 40 minutes. Nous avons visité aussi le parc régional de la maremma (départ d'alberese à 10h ou 16h en été), le site archéologique de Roselle, les cascades de saturnia, Massa maritima, Rome (1h30 de train au départ de grosseto), Porto santo Stefano... Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute. La situation isolée de la maison rend la voiture indispensable (20 minutes de grosseto). Merci à Christina et Antonio pour tout!

Maison pour se reposer et profiter de la campagne Toscane

Maison très agréable dans la campagne du sud de la Toscane. Calme, fraicheur, grand jardin bien aménagé avec piscine pour passer de bons moments. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire et de bons conseils pour les visites. Nous sommes allés au Parc de la Maremme (départ des visites à 10h et 16h en été), Rome (1h30 de train depuis Grosseto), l'impressionnante cité étrusque à Roselle, Porto San. Stéfano, Massa Maritima, Saturnia, Principina pour la mer (belle plage de sable gratuite)... L'isolement de la maison rend la voiture obligatoire (20 minutes de Grosseto). Merci à Antonio et Christina pour tout!
