Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Rita und Claudio! Das tolle großzügige Gelände, per Pool, das authentische Ferienhäuschen Nocio, die Gegend und das Klima haben uns eine unvergessliche Zeit und Erholung ermöglicht. Mit dem Auto ist Sehenswertes und Nützliches problemlos zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Maremma. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt (Aussenbereich und Pool) und liebevoll gestaltet, die beiden Gastgeber sind unfassbar herzliche Menschen. Insgesamt teilt man sich die Anlage mit vier Familien. Die nächste größere Ortschaft zum Einkaufen ist 20 Min. entfernt. Ausflugsziele an der Küste sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und wunderschön.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Gastgeber Rita und Claudio sind die besten die man sich vorstellen kann. Die Lage ruhig aber nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Strand. Schöner Bungalow und Pool.

Wunderschön !!!

Es war einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub. Rita und Claudio sind zwei so herzliche Menschen und man wird von der ersten Sekunde so freundlich in Empfang genommen. Auf dem Grundstück stehen neben dem Haus in dem Rita und Claudio wohnen noch 2 weitere kleine Häuser, in dem die Ferienwohnungen sind. Der Garten und der Pool sind einfach ein Traum. Perfect Family Holiday

Our holidays here were really great, the accomodation is clean and nice - everything you need is there. The outdoor area is also very nice and well cared for. Not to forget, Rita & Claudio are the perfect hosts - always there when you need something and very warm and welcoming. A great place to calm down and enjoy your holidays!

Toskanaurlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Rita und Claudio begrüßt. Unsere Unterkunft und das Grundstück waren wie auf den Fotos, einfach toll. Im Haus waren Bettwäsche, Handtücher vorhanden und diese konnte man nach einer Woche wechseln. Was super ist , das man wirklich wenig Gepäck braucht, da Vorort eine Waschmaschine ist. Ein toller grosser Pool, welchen man sogar abends/ nachts nutzen konnte, da die Temperaturen selbst da noch 25-27 Grad waren. Wir haben tolle Tipps von Rita bekommen für Ausflüge Rom, Badestrand ect.. Wir können nur sagen es war ein toller Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder. Rita und Claudio habt vielen Dank

On nous a dit à l'arrivée que c'était le paradis et ce fut le cas

Le logement est situé dans un village isolé à la campagne (voiture indispensable) et du coup, il y a du vent en permanence et aucune sensation de chaleur accablante. Le cottage est petit mais tout équipé. Il ne faut vraiment rien amener, il y a tout même draps et serviettes. Vélo à disposition. Nettoyage compris La piscine commune aux 4 appartements est grande, bien entretenue et à la vue des appartements. Elle n'est pas sécurisée. Les hôtes vivent sur le domaine et sont exceptionnels. D'une gentillesse rare... Tout en restant discret. Le village d'arcille accueille une mini supérette et deux restaurants vraiment sympas. La grosse ville de grosseto est magnifique et à 20 min de la maison. Marché le jeudi matin. La mer est à 40 min et sienne 50. Un seul petit bémol, beaucoup de petites bébêtes, araignées (des toiles partt), moustiques, grenouille, grosses sauterelles. Je vous conseille cette location pour de super vacances en famille

Thank you for the perfect stay!

The place is incredible with young kids; the swimming pool is perfect and you can see it from the appartement so it’s also very safe with the kids. They have all the freedom and space in the garden to play. The house has everything you need and Rita and Claudio make the stay perfect.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit liebevollen Gastgebern

Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns bei Rita und Claudio sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie beschrieben und Rita hat uns sehr viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Ganz besonders möchten wir gehen, wie liebevoll Rita und Claudio mit unserer kleinen Tochter umgegangen sind. Es hat sich angefühlt wie Familie 😊 wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub 2021

Relaxing holidays in la Marema

For so many reasons on our side, this stay was much needed, and I'm happy to report it didn't disappoint. The house has a rustic charm (yet with much apreciated air conditioning!), the garden overlooks the beautiful Tuscan hills and fields, and the swimming pool is clean and refreshing. Rita and Claudio are wonderful hosts, very accomodating and easy to talk to. I cannot recommend them enough!

Podere santa Rita July 2020

The house was great with two bedrooms, a well eqiuped kitchen, AC and a nice private terrace. Fantastic pool and garden. Podere Santa Rita is located in a quiet location with a great view which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts (Rita & Claudio) are absolutely the best and they will do anything to make you feel comfortable. We hope to get the possibility to come back next summer.

wonderful holiday base

The little low level apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Beautifully presented and very well equipped and the location on the grounds is just stunning. Can't praise Rita and Claudio highly enough- they have thought of everything and are so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to back again soon! Plenty to do around about, best pizza ever in Arcille and beautiful beaches a short drive away.
