Amazing location

Perfetto

My family and I stayed at the apartments for 4 days. The accomodation was perfect for us and the host Luca and housekeeper Nicoletta made us feel very welcome. The grocery essentials provided was a nice touch and the apartment had everything we needed, including the comfortable beds. The swimming pool was a relaxing way to cool off at the end of a warm tuscan day. This property is stunningly beautiful and we would love to return someday.

Great location in Maremma/Tuscany

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. To be in Tuscany is always an experience, but this time it was like being a resident for some days. It started with a very warm welcome by Nicoletta, who always was ready to support, to answer any question and to give well explanations or advices where to go in this wonderful area. So we enjoied the Granocchia festival in Paganico very much. According to the property, I cannot say anything missing or needed additionaly. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. As it was quite warm, it was an extraordinary luxury for us to use the pool. It is a charming location with breathtaking views, exactly what people like us searched for holidays. Thank your for that.

Traumhafte Toskana

We‘ve been to Tuscany for several times now. This time was just overwhelming. Luca and his team are very nice hosts and will help whenever needed. The apartment offers a lot of space and comfort. And even an additional antique working oven (working with wood/coal) we didn‘t use just because of the tempratures outside. One reason to visit in winter/fall. Luca‘s recomendations are very usefull. (Markets/restaurants etc.) The outside offers shadow or sun just as You prefer. The whole day. Perfect for a sunbath or just sitting in the shade and enjoying the nice view from the top of the hill. The pool is very clean and we really loved it. We will return next year and are really looking forward to it. Be sure to ask for the homemeade olive oil from the trees around the place. :) Thanks Luca. :) PS: schöner kann man die Toskana nicht erleben. Freundlich, sauber, viel Platz und ein schöner Pool.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Anwesen inklusive Pool Nutzung. Nicoletta, sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Auch Luca, der Besitzer, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Gab uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung wie Restaurants, Strände, kleine Stadtbesuche etc. Wir sagen Dankeschön und kommen sicherlich wieder.

10 Tage Toskana-Traum

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Toskana verbracht und haben uns dabei für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Dies hat sich als sehr gute Entscheidungen herausgestellt! Die Lage ist super für alle, die nach Ruhe und Entspannung mit tollem Ausblick und einem tollen Pool suchen.Bereits vor Antritt der Reise wurden wir bestens betreut bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Der Service war auch vor Ort klasse, denn wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und erhielten einige Infos zur Umgebung vom Vermieter selbst. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten auch wir einige Lebensmittelpräsente, so dass wir erst am nächsten Tag einkaufen mussten. Das gesamte Anwesen ist wirklich wunderschön und man trifft lediglich auf wenige andere Gäste. Die Wohnung verfügte über sehr gutes Internet und war auch ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Lediglich das Bad verfügte über eine kleinere Badewannen-Dusche mit relativ niedriger Deckenhöhe, was nicht ideal war. Dies ist aber auch das einzige Manko der Unterkunft gewesen und auch dem geschuldet, dass mein Partner relativ groß ist. Dies fällt aber nicht ins Gewicht, da alles andere wirklich berausragend war. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir wurden von unserer Ansprechpartnerin Nicoletta freundlich in Empfang genommen und wurden in allen Angelegenheiten zuvorkommend und kompetent unterstützt. Die Wohnung war sauber, der Pool einladend, alles perfekt zur Entspannung. Die Lage war für uns ideal, 40 Minuten in die Maremma, 50 Minuten nach Siena und nur ein paar Minuten ins Dorf Paganico, in dem alles notwendige zu erhalten ist.

Petit havre de tranquillité

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique où le champs des cigalles berce nos temps de repos. Le lieu est bien situé pour partir à la découverte des nombreuses villes et villages toscans. Nous reviendrons à la Casa Amiata pour continuer nos visites et profiter de cet endroit si accueillant.

Repos et charme

Grand domaine isolé, mais proche d'un village, avec beaucoup de charme qui permet de se reposer au clame en ayant l'impression d'être seul malgré la présence d'autres hôtes. Luca et son équipe sont très attentionnés. Le domaine situé en hauteur nous a permis de profiter de supporter la chaleur grâce au petit vent. Pour les amoureux de vieilles pierres, Luca est votre guide idéal.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und würden immer wieder kommen!

Es hat alles wieder reibungslos geklappt. Schön, dass jetzt jede Wohnung einen Tisch im Garten hat! Es war super, wie toll der Vermieter vorgesorgt hatte! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Farniente et tourisme dans le sud de la Toscane

Beautiful accomodation in Maremma

Fantastic estate surrounded by vineyards and olive trees with beautiful garden and pool area. The appartement was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. By the way thank you for the olive oil and the other food we found when we arrived! We felt very well and welcome during our stay. Tall people should notice that using the shower requires to stoop. In total perfect price-performance ratio and totally recommanded!

Toskana pur

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern dort wundervolle 10 Tage verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich für große Leute könnte das Duschen problematisch werden, da die Decke über der Badewanne/Dusche sehr niedrig ist. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, wunderschön angelegt und lädt die Kinder dazu ein die Natur zu erkunden. Der Pool ist groß und schön gelegen. Von dort genießt man einen phänomenalen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Es ist wirklich Toskana wie man sich es vorstellt. Luca erwies sich als toller Gastgeber. Er stand uns jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite. Vor allem seine Restaurant-Empfehlungen erwiesen sich stets als Volltreffer. Es wurden alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Toller Aufenthalt mit Baby

Wir waren mit einem 8 Monate alten Baby hier und hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Appartement „Casa Amiata“. Das Appartement hat einen rustikalen Stil, aber mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer und der super ausgestatteten Wohnküche ist es für eine Familie optimal; lediglich das Bad ist etwas klein und eine normal große Person kann in der Badewanne kaum im Stehen duschen. Der Garten mit Pool ist weitläufig und sehr einladend, insbesondere die Sonnenuntergänge dort. Das ganze Anwesen ist wirklich ein Highlight. Man muss wissen, dass man für Aktivitäten (mit Ausnahme von kleinen Spaziergängen) immer ins Auto steigen muss. Aber sowohl das Meer (ca 30 Minuten) als auch tolle Bergdörfer (z.B. Montalcino) sind schnell erreichbar. Luca und sein Team sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und geben gerne Tipps für Tagestrips und Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :-)

Super entspannter Urlaub

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Grundstück mit tollen Aussichten rund herum. Es war in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Angenehm waren die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Es gibt viel zu entdecken in der Gegend. Luca hat immer gute Tips und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche. Wir werden das Olivenöl und den Wein noch lange genießen. Ein Urlaub, den wir gern in ein paar Jahren wiederholen werden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Monteverdi

Wir haben in der Casa Amiata mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsenen, 2 Teenager) zwei Wochen verbracht und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Von der Buchung, über den Check in bis zur Abreise funktionierte alles bestens. Die Kommunikation mit Luca war super! Er antwortete prompt auf Fragen und begleitete uns während des Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Bereits zur Begrüßung standen sämliche Lebensmittel für ein erstes Pastagericht und ein üppiges Frühstück bereit! Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und die Ausstattung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Matratzen, Küche, ...) ist sehr hochwertig. Draußen steht ein stets schattiger Essplatz zur Verfügung, den wir für alle Mahlzeiten gerne genutzt haben. Der schöne und große Pool liegt einen Steinwurf entfernt von der Wohnung. Hier kann man herrlich auf den komfortablen Liegestühlen sowohl im Schatten, als auch in der Sonne, entspannen. Die meiste Zeit hatten wir ihn ganz für uns alleine. Das Landgut "Monteverdi" ist wunderschön auf einem Hügel gelegen. Von hier aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht in die Landschaft und auf die umliegenenden Dörfer. Wer einen ruhigen, authentischen Toskanaurlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir Siena, Pitigliano und die heißem Quellen von Saturnia, Monte Argentario und den Tarotgarten von Niki de Saint Phalle, Grosseto mit anschließendem Strandbesuch sowie Rom besucht. Auf der Anreise ist ein Besuch in Pisa empfehlenswert. Alles in allem war dies für uns ein perfekter Urlaub! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Ruhe und Erholung garantiert!

Das Landgut liegt wirklich sehr idyllisch auf einem Hügel -ein Kleinod in Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe und Natur. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, typisch toskanisch, großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Luca und Fiorella war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank hierfür! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Gegend sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
