It is very elegant with a rare inlaid parquet floor, and is 150sqm large. and has many options including laundry room. A large reserved and free parking is available. The splendid swimming pool inserted between plants and flowers as well as an incomparable view of the lake makes it a place of great charm. A beautiful garden complete with barbeque is available for private use.
