On the ground floor of the Duplex Playa de Las Burras MRA02 there is a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils. A second bathroom with shower and the living room with direct access to the garden terrace.

This two-storey house is charming, perfect for families looking for tranquillity on the beach without giving up the comfort of having all the amenities and facilities such as shops and restaurant.

Just a few steps away from the Duplex in Playa de Las Burras MRA02 is the beautiful seaside promenade that leads to the best beaches in the southern area; Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas, just a short walk away.

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
