One outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Living and dining room open to a large terrace with exceptional view on the sea and Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros and île du Levant). Fitness room. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and sea kayak rental on demand. The villa has been totally renovated and enlarged in 2024. The villa has been built on a large land of 1100 m2. Total capacity of the villa is maximum 12 people.

The environment is residential. You can easily walk along the beaches to the port area, where various restaurants, bars and shops are located.

We are parents of sailors and understand how important it is to have a comfortable home when sailing, windsurfing, etc... especially in Spring, Fall or Winter. We bought this villa to facilitate sailing for all sailors. We have renovated it and enlarged it in 2024 with new heating, new kitchen, new floor, new bathrooms, new fitness room. All beds are brand new. We offer hotel services like linens, bath towels, cleaning. Possibility to rent SUP and sea kayaks.
