Old house renovated with simplicity located in a sparsely populated area 6 kilometers from Artà. It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room of 50 m2. The house has a fireplace and central heating to heat the different environments in the winter months.
Outside you can enjoy an area enabled between trees with a table, a large terrace and a small pool (3x4 meters).
In the environment you can practice sports such as jogging, cycling etc.

Superbe maison de vacances en famille ! Hyper fonctionnelle, décoration très soignée et très propre. Elle se situe dans un endroit reculé et très calme. Bref un vrai havre de paix. La piscine est suffisante pour se rafraichir sans pouvoir nager pour autant. On y a passé un très chouette séjour. Pasqual et Alicia sont très attentionnés et super sympa.
