Snazzy Pool/Jacuzzi Home: 1/2 mi Walk to Disney
This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three Cal-King beds, one queen bed, and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. Beautiful scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house.
The Cal-King Master bedroom has upgraded on-suite Marble countertops, a travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack 'N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgraded marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children's rooms share the final Jack n' Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two dining tables provide plenty of seating for the whole family, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Beautiful sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead you to the rear yard. In-ground pebble tec pool, with a Baja shelf, jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage for guests' use. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central air conditioning and heating.
It's a nice short walk to Disney and the Disney Tram. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back or front yards.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. 2 cars in standard-size garage (NO SUVs, NO large trucks, one small car parallel to the garage). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
