Luxury Stone Apartments (https://luxurystoneapartments.com) is a complex of 4 separate apartments, located on an elevated position on the mountainside of Agia Efimia, overlooking the picturesque village, harbour and the Ionian sea with Ithaca island on the background! Wake up early to enjoy amazing sunrises and come back to relax with unique full moon nights!

Odysseus is located on the upper level and it is the most spacious. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads to a large private terrace with sunbeds where you can enjoy your meals along with the astonishing sea views.

The apartments are built with natural materials -stone and wood- handcrafted by the owner with great attention to detail and furnished with care and style offering all required facilities.

The guests can also make use of the beautiful outside space where they can relax, have a bbq and enjoy the views and the unique atmosphere of this magnificent, peaceful location.

Had a lovely week at apartment Odysseus, it has amazing views and we spent every evening sat on the balcony drinking wine and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend if you want a relaxing time.

Great stay in Agia Efimia

Great property within a 10 minute walk of the village with fabulous views across the bay. Good communication from Konstantinos made the stay stress free.

Enjoy the view from a comfortable apartment

We had trouble finding the place as the instructions were from the Argostoli road ( there is more than one route!). It would be helpful to say that the entrance is on the Sami road, on the right, just as you leave Agia Efimia. There is a mirror opposite the drive and some trumpet flowers. The drive up is steep so take a good run at it! Parking is shaded - great in the heat! Kostas was helpful and showed us around the property. He had earlier contacted us by e- mail and given us his contact phone numbers. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and particularly liked the beautiful view from the terrace. The apartment is quite well equipped - we had issues with a broken corkscrew but Kostas replaced it on day two. A couple more saucepans and some wine glasses would be helpful - we bought a couple of glasses and left them in the apartment. We appreciated the mid week change of towels and sheets and the daily emptying of rubbish. The shower was great and hot water plentiful. The air con was efficient but some of the remotes need new batteries! The Internet worked well in the main lounge and terrace. We only used the TV once to watch BBC World. The apartment suited us well as a base from which to explore the northern end of this lovely island. We had spent a week in the south before heading to Agia Efimia. We liked the town with its bustling but unspoilt atmosphere and traditional bakeries. From here we visited Fiscardo, Assos, Myrtos ( beautiful but dangerous for swimming), Sami and Antisamos beach, the cave at Melisanni and Poros. We also spent an enjoyable day on a boat trip to Ithaca. There are numerous small beaches along the road from Sami to Agia Efimia which are easily accessed by steps. Overall, we would recommend this apartment for those wishing to explore the north of this beautiful island. Thanks to Kostas for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location

We really loved the beautiful location and Agia Efimia and had a really lovely stay. The apartment was great and had everything we needed but it's a shame at this time of year that all the outside space is shaded (maybe welcome in the heat of summer). That said the views are really stunning. One of the bedrooms is rather small - maybe OK for kids but a bit squashed for a couple. At other places we have stayed in Greece we have always been left a few provisions that helped make us feel welcome, not essential but nice.
