Welcome to “Shore Thing” — where it’s a sure thing that paradise is only steps away. Unit 103 places you just moments from the sparkling white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf.

This rustic-chic, newly renovated one-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The living room features a fabric sofa and cozy chair, a ceiling fan, a 65” TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The beautifully remodeled kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, giving you options for your morning brew. Enjoy a cozy meal in the dining area or sip your coffee at the breakfast bar.

The private master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a brand-new luxury mattress, a ceiling fan, and a 55” TV with a DVD player for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a tall comfort-height toilet for added convenience. For additional guests, enjoy custom-built bunk beds complete with built-in lights and charging outlets. Both bunks include new mattresses, and a rollaway trundle is available for extra sleeping space. Step outside to your private balcony, furnished with high-top seating and relaxing rockers. Even better, you have direct access from your private gate to the beach, pool, shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

*This property does not allow groups of adults under age 25. No Exceptions. *

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

It was very clean and all the furniture was top notch. The best part is walking from the balcony and straight to the beach to grab your spot with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included in your stay. We enjoyed the beach every single day.

We would have liked for the dry sauna to have been opened, but it is still closed due to covid. The staff set out plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs on the sunny days so we were able to get a chair even though we went out at 11:30am. We had a bit of a bug issue that we brought to their attention that we hoped they took care of before it was rented to the next guest. Even with that episode, we will definitely be back again to stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club!

If a gulf view is not a priority, I would suggest unit 103.The umbrella and chair service is a plus. An excellent place to eat is Boshamps.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is on ground level which is nice but you can't see the ocean because you are so low. Looking at the back of a sand dune from the patio. But you are also out of the wind so that is good. Unit is dated, the carpet in the living room needs replaced..everywhere else is tile. Killed 6 roaches but they were small ones and very friendly. Door on the refrigerator is backwards so you have to step around it to get into it. That works as long as you are not to wide! Parking lot was under construction, but it appeared that was going on everywhere since it was the slow season. Owner could spend a couple weeks of the rent on this place and make it really nice. Front desk folks were nice and helpful.

But some of the changes made are not (in my opinion) good for the person paying a high rate for a place to stay. Smoking (I don't) but many in my group do and to have 1 small section "out of the way" is :( Next is the beach chair disaster. No longer will the attendants reserve your umbrella, instead you have to wait until 9AM to line up like a black friday sale to race to try & get an umbrella. When you have a group of more than 1 room, that can be hard. AND making the kids wait until 9 to go to the beach, torture. Why not 7? or 8? The gentlemen at the desk were above; the ladies, not so much :(
