The living room offers a cozy fabric couch, a sofa sleeper, and a 50" TV with DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ceiling fan, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub for a soothing soak. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan, with convenient access to the guest bathroom, also equipped with a tub.

Unit 314 is conveniently located near the elevator, providing easy access to the beach, sparkling pool, fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities. Whether you’re enjoying family meals at the dining table, relaxing in the living area, or taking in the Gulf Coast views, this condo is your perfect home away from home.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
