Spiti Marie - Gorgeous Greek Villa- Near Loladonos Beach / Golden Beach

This is a super Greek villa featuring sea views, 2 balcony areas a small back yard area that includes a windmill, and a sitting area.
Please note that there is construction opposite my property. This is due to stop for July and August 2026.
The villa is furnished over 2 floors in a Greek contemporary fashion. It is approx 175m2.
The prices quoted are for the whole house.
Here are the main features:
-3 bedrooms
-2 Bathrooms / WC / Shower.
-Open plan kitchen and dining area
-Sitting room with TV (Netflix) and Bluetooth stereo
-Wifi provided throughout
-2 Balcony areas with sea views
-Back yard with windmill and seating area
-Outside dining areas
-No swimming pool, however great beaches nearby (5 minute drive)
Our villa is close to the beaches of : Golden Beach and Farangas Beach.
-The house is in a quiet and relaxing area, 10 mins drive from the airport, and 25 mins from the port.
Car or scooter hire is recommended / essential.
The town of Dryos (with its superb supermarket and many tavernas) is 5 mins away. .
Piso Livadi and Aliki are a 10-15 minute drive and both towns have wonderful tavernas and bars.
Naoussa and Paroikia are also a short commute.
The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families.

Great holiday in Paros

Spiti Marie in the village of Aspro Chorio is very well located, close to several beautiful beaches. Ali is a wonderful host : kind, always here to share some tips about Paros activities. The neighbourhood is very nice as well. A great place for a great holiday !

Beautiful home

Ali was a tremendous host. He was helpful and accommodating. He met us at the property upon arrival, arranged our car rental and made dining reservations. His home had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in beautiful Paros.

Exceptional Villa with Stunning Views

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. We were warmly greeted by the hosts Ali at the ferry port and were shown the way to the villa. The villa had everything we needed (and more) for the perfect stay for our first visit to Paros. The villa is tastefully decorated throughout and has all the mod cons, lovely outside areas and the most comfortable sun loungers ever. A few minutes drive from some of the most breath-taking beaches and cosy tavernas - this location is a little piece of heaven. Ali knows all the places to eat, drink and shop so we followed his recommendations, hired a car and toured the island. We had such an amazing week with my parents that I have told everyone we know that they MUST visit...and we have even rebooked the Spiti Marie for our honeymoon next year! Looking forward to our next Paros adventure in summer 2018! Thank you for such a memorable holiday.

Paradise in Paros ❤️❤️

Well, what can I say about this little piece of paradise!!! Spiti Marie is just the most beautiful villa.. Stunningly designed & decorated, so so clean & with exceptionally comfy beds, with absolutely everything you could possibly need to make for the most relaxing holiday!! From the moment we arrived in Paros, our host Ali, met us at the ferry terminal and could not have been more helpful and kind. He is the most perfect host!! We hired a car from Sardis car rentals(the best) .. you really need a car, quad or moped to get round the island in order to reach all the most beautiful wee villages and beaches!! The villa is 5 minutes drive to the nearest town , Drios,and fantastic places to eat.. Loved Anna’s restaurant !! Also 5 minutes drive to Lolantonis beach, which is just beautiful and has a really great Taverna... In fact I could probably just write all day about the stunning beaches and beautiful little towns and fabulous places to eat all around this amazing little island!! But the best thing about our holiday was our amazing host Ali, he really could not have done more for us in making this holiday truly memorable and the most relaxing 2 weeks ever!!! We would recommend Spiti Marie in a heartbeat!!So much so we have booked for next year!! Can’t wait!!!! 😍😍

Magnifenct Spiti Marie in March

We had heard out of season was lovely in Paros but it was more than that.We knew we had made the right choice to come in March as we flew onto the island and saw the breathtaking vision of sparkling aqua marine sea and lush green land. Below.Throw in a collection of gleaming white washed churches and villas and it was perfection right there. Spiti Marie turned out to be one of those stunning villas as the photos On the site portray.Ali the owner met us at the airport with Katerina from Sardis car rentals so we felt like VIPS from right from the get go. We gasped when we were shown into The villa as it is stunning.Crisp gleaming wall to wall white with tastefully spread art work and furnishingsWe were super comfortable at Spiti Marie and as it was lovely weather even in March we especially loved our coffee in the a.m. on the terraces Enamoured by the peace and serenity and mind blowing views. .Ali is a charming host and though everything is provided at the villa he encouraged us to let him know if anything was lacking. We were a party of 6 weary hard working grown ups on a break away from the nine to five madness in the U.K. looking for some chilax time and boy did we get it. After a few days of beautiful beach walks,amazing food and road trips around Parosdise we were well rested and recharged. Highlights were sipping cold beers at Remezzo bar and dinner at Soirée both in Piso Livadi.Worth listening to Ali’s recommendations as they were all spot on. We will be back for sure.
