Villa Talya is a very spacious detached holiday rental villa arranged on two levels, situated in a quiet residential area of Moraira.

The villa sleeps up to 11 guests in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms of which 1 is en-suite. Facilities include a private 11m x 5m swimming pool and the garden has different levels of terracing, the middle terrace incorporates a covered area. There`s air con, free wifi and private gated parking for several cars. The property is located 2km from Moraira town and beach, restaurants and bars.

On the first floor there is a large open plan lounge and dining room, enjoying panoramic views of the area, including the Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock). The lounge consists of a large comfortable sofa, flat screen Smart TV. The dining area with large table and chairs and air conditioning has patio doors leading to a covered naya. There is a separate modern fully fitted kitchen with a range of eye and base level units, incorporating a dishwasher, fridge, 5 ring gas hob, microwave and 2 single ovens,coffee maker, there is also a breakfast table and chairs. Also incorporated on this floor are 2 double bedrooms,1 with king size bed and air conditioning, the other a double bed and a ceiling fan. There is a separate family bathroom which consists of a wc, wash hand basin and a shower.

Down an internal staircase leading to the lower floor you will find a master bedroom, with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom complete with a wc, twin wash hand basins and a shower. There is a further double bedroom, with twin beds and air conditioning plus a further triple bedroom with 3 single beds and floor standing fans.
There is a further separate family bathroom, which consists of a wc, bath and a wash hand basin. There is a laundry room complete with a washing machine.

You can gain access to the large garden, pool and terraces from both levels of the villa, ground and lower floor. The pool area comes fully equipped with an outside shower, sun loungers, parasols, various tables and chairs for all your al fresco dining. There is a gas bbq. There are steps leading down from the pool terrace to a covered area.
