T4 / 5 house of 120 m2 cozy and very comfortable, bright with chalet-style decor (non-smoking) with fireplace. Ideal for family or 2 couples with children or spa guests wanting to ski or hike.

Large peaceful garden with terrace + outdoor BQ, large garden table and garden furniture.
Exceptional view: no vis-à-vis, breathtaking view of the mountains.
Possibility to park in front of the house. Many walks from the house without taking the car. St lary-soulan is 1 km away.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Ferienhaus mit unseren beiden Kindern und den Großeltern verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Aussicht und Lage ist einmalig!Sophie und ihr Ehemann waren überaus freundlich, zuverlässig und bemüht. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Le chalet est parfaitement équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien lors de notre séjour en famille. Jeux de société, cuisine, livres… C’est un chalet familial parfait. L’emplacement est idéal pour être au calme sur les hauteurs, devant une jolie église.Prévoyez tout de même de prendre votre voiture et devoir vous garer pour vous rendre aux remontées. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et annonce des plus conformes. A 5 minutes de centre de saint lary, suffisamment près pour profiter des avantages de la ville et suffisamment en retrait (sur les hauteurs) pour profiter du calme et d’une vue exceptionnelle. Ideal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, les espaces de vie étant assez grands pour accueillir 6 ou 7 personnes. Propriétaires très réactifs et charmants.

Stunning Views at Home in the Pyrenees

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks in Cadeilhan-Trachère, just above Saint-Lary-Soulan. The house was very clean and well equipped, exactly as presented in the description and photos. We greatly enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the beautiful views of the mountains. M. and Mme. Caillavet were extremely welcoming and provided information on nearby hikes and restaurants. Really enjoyed getting to know them. Would recommend the house.

Agréable séjour

Maison agréable décorée avec soin, très bien équipée et qui jouit d'une parfaite exposition plein sud. Nous avons ainsi pu déjeuner dehors tous les midis de cette première semaine des vacances de février 2022 et prendre quelques bains de soleil. Une petite précision non mentionnée dans l'annonce, il faut prévoir un supplément pour la consommation électrique et les granulés du poêle. Excellents contacts avec la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé dix jours délicieux dans la maison de Mme Caillavet qui nous a très bien accueillis (malgré notre retard à l'arrivée !). La maison est bien équipée, le jardin est charmant et surtout les randonnées autour de Saint Lary sont plus belles les unes que les autres, impossible de s'en lasser. Nous avons des souvenirs pour l'année !

Superbes vaccances

La maison correspond à la description, elle est très bien équipée. L'accueil a été fait par la propriétaire Sophie C. qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les randos aux alentours. Nous étions 4 personnes et 2 enfants pendant une semaine et 2 personnes seulement la semaine suivante. La maison est spacieuse et chacun avait sa place, nous avons apprécié les différents espaces aménagés dans la pièce principale (coin jeux, coin cheminée, coin télé, ...). Les enfants ont dévorés les nombreuses BD à disposition. Un séjour à recommander.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances en famille. La maison est fonctionnelle et a beaucoup de charme, avec une vue dégagée sur la montagne et un jardin sans vis à vis. Nous avons apprécié (entre autres) les soirées au coin du feu, la cuisine ouverte sur le salon, les jeux et la bibliothèque remplie de livres pour enfant. La maison est à 2 pas de Saint Lary mais un peu en hauteur et au calme. Le village est accessible à moins de 5 min en voiture. On peut aussi descendre à pied au village par un sentier, prévoir 30 min. Pour couronner le tout nous avons eu de la neige toute la semaine ! C’était parfait. Merci pour le séjour :)

Très joli chalet, au calme tout en étant proche de tout!

Très belle location aménagée avec goût et soin. Tout y est, le jardin très agréable et la vue sur les montagnes très belle ! Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 3 enfants de 4,6 et 8 ans. Nous avons bénéficié des conseils de Sophie pour leur faire découvrir la région avec de jolies randonnées accessibles ! Bref si nous revenons à Saint-Lary nous n’hésiterons pas 2minutes sur le choix de la location !
